Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience dealing with the employees at drivable solutions that I felt I had to leave them a great review. Alyssa and Samantha were great and I highly recommend this place if you're having to work with Arizona DMV to get your license back. Very kind understanding and helpful throughout the whole process I cannot thank them enough!!

Negative experience: Go to the DOT directly. The person I dealt with behaved as though she was an occupational or physical therapist. She was neither. In addition she had a very bad attitude. She basically gave me an ultimatum to pay an exorbitant amount of money or she would "have my driving license suspended" I'm afraid this is a scam. Fortunately they only got me for $500. Save your money. Go directly to the DMV and see a licensed trained therapist, if you need to

Negative experience: Do not go to these people unless you are physically crippled and need a way forward. Drivable Solutions has the legal privilege to revoke your license medical reasons. They'll send you to your doctor, but chances are the hospital's policy will forbid them from clearing you.

Fantastic experience: I only visited for my first evaluation post injury and it went very well. They were very kind and accommodating and helped me gauge my expectations

Fantastic experience: Drivable Solutions is amazing! They were thorough in their evaluation, set realistic expectations, were highly efficient and responsive, and most importantly, worked incredibly well with my son to enable him to develop safe driving skills!! I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Friendly, caring, patient, and informative. They always give us updates when they get back from driving with our daughter. They go above and beyond for their clients. When the time came for our daughter to start driving at home James gave us recommendations on vehicles he felt were the best fit for our daughter. This information was valuable when it came down to purchasing a vehicle and having it fitted with a left acceleration pedal. He also came to the location where they did the installation of pedal and made sure everything was up to par. Yesterday (5/3), she had her final session with James. She is now a licensed driver. Thank you to everyone at Drivable Solutions for your time, patience, and guidance as we navigated through this. The whole process from beginning to end took almost 11 months.

Fantastic experience: James, Anna and Alyssa at Drivable Solutions were an absolutely amazing team to guide us through the process and supporting my husband as he transitioned to hand controls. They supported us from start to finish. They clearly articulated the process we were embarking on, made it a pleasant experience and left us confident that making this transition was the perfect next step for us. They started with an assessment to determine his strengths and weaknesses with his driving, then identified the right setup for him, got him officially trained to use that setup, helped us to find the right vendor to adapt our vehicle, submitted all needed paperwork to the DMV and once our vehicle was adapted they verified that the setup was right and ensured my husband was comfortable with the setup in our own vehicle. My husband and I were both walking into this process a bit overwhelmed and Drivable Solutions made this transition easy. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Working with Drivable Solutions was an amazing experience, I highly recommend them! A family friend had recommended them after using them to help their son that is on the spectrum learn to drive. We didn't hesitate to call them to help adapt our van to help my husband that suffers form MS. Alyssa, Jim and James were all friendly to work with and very efficient.

Fantastic experience: Drivable Solutions is an outstanding company. James, Alyssa and Jim were very professional and accommodating to my needs. They even watched my service dog while I was in training. I had reservations going in for an assessment, but after a few minutes working with them I was confident I made the right choice. For anyone in need of training in hand controls this is the place to go!

Negative experience: they don't give patients report after the drive. not reliable. Something is not right here. Months later i got the report through my doctor.
