Negative experience: Adrienne at beep beep is the worst business owner to do business with. She puts on a front like she is nice and looking out for you but in reality she is being deceptive and inconsistent. At the very least incompetent, but that'd be an excuse. She employs a very approachable staff, but their mistakes are baked in to the business structure. So you end up paying more if beep beep services you because they will find hidden charges and explain it away as a miscommunication. They also damaged my car and when I voiced that she laughed it off with an extremely dismissive smirk. She even tried to intimidate me as if my frustration was unwarranted. I had been given 3 different, increasing balances, by her (984), her son (1058), then after we paid the 1058, they still wouldn't unlocked the device, because of an added charge that was explained in the same way the first increase was. Once I got to the technician which was a 25 min drive away, he said there were additional fees. $80 more dollars. I wouldnt recommend Lifesafer but the shady service at Beep Beep is definitely an issue worth avoiding.

Thank you Tarell for your feedback. As a contractor for Lifesafer we have no control over your fees that are owed to Lifesafer. In fact what Ignition Interlock Company would allow a balance to carry over $900.00 through out the duration of you having the device in your car. As a contractor and the owner we assisted you with making the minimal payment that the system would allow us to take. This review only speaks to your side but I will respond by saying No Interlock company or provider would service a client without payment in full. As the owner of the business, I understand the challenges with unemployment and other factors that client s face and we do everything in our power to assist. The fees are the fees and that is when accountability is presented and the nice Adrienne has to be about the business and that upsets individuals. Our team does our best to assist our clients and at times we are considered to be the bad guy. We can not please everyone and I glad that you had the funds to remove your device and complete your program, with the help of our company working with you during this process which obviously is unappreciated. Fantastic experience: I can only speak from experience with interlock services but Adriana and the other staff are both great and have helped me through this process (even on weekends).
