Negative experience: Doesn't answer phone calls I've tried to contact several times in the past and today and nothing. If you have a business wouldn't you answer calls or atleast contact a person back?

Fantastic experience: Lana is amazing. So patient and encouraging. Went out of her way to get my daughter her lessons and even squeezed in an extra before my daughters road test. Gave my daughter the confidence and skills to pass. U need lessons she is the one to call.
