Negative experience: Worst experience ever I paid for 3 lessons never got them they canceled the first one and didn’t even called me back to reschedule when I called the lady she was very rude and I said I wanted my money back they took forever to reimbursed me I even had to call my bank to get my money

Fantastic experience: After finishing my classes with Ruthie at the Nicastro's Beverly driving school I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get a discount on insurance or put their teenager through driving school. Even as someone who is older and already graduated it was a thoroughly educational and enjoyable experience. I really appreciate the lengths Ruthie went to in order to help everyone understand the dangers of distracted driving and how important of a responsibility driving really is. Its comforting to know that someone who really cares is educating new drivers and making it a meaningful class. It's clear that by the end everyone understood how dangerous a distracted driver can be and everyone possessed the knowledge to pass the permit test with ease. I thought the all day classes would drag but I quickly found myself looking forward to each class and really enjoying my time there. The interactive nature of the class kept it engaging and our teacher Ruthie was amazing and a lot of fun. Thank you Ruthie and Yabu for making the class so great! I really enjoyed my time in your class.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful place. Everybody there was pleasant and helpful. Lots of driving hour options and multiple locations really helped. Owner and staff very knowledgeable about the process which gives a clear advantage to the student.

Fantastic experience: We enrolled my daughter in late August after she completed her lessons at another school that declared her "ready," but clearly she was not, and failed the road test more than once. She had particular difficulty with parallel parking, and traffic was intimidating and made her nervous. Beverly Driving School gave personalized service and showed her multiple ways of performing the maneuvers until she found what worked for her. We found the instructors to be experienced and professional. It was easy to schedule lessons and the road test. She passed on her next try after 4 lessons. Everyone treated us very well and I was quite happy with their services.

Negative experience: They are completely unprofessional. I took driving school here and the woman that was there passed everyone on the test. Even the people that didn't get enough questions right.

Negative experience: This company is Nicastro's in Gloucester under another name, where an instructor was texting while driving, nearly swerved into a telephone pole, and backed the car into the fence all in one drive. They're completely unprofessional in plenty of other ways, such as rude drivers, hard selling lessons, foul language, reckless driving, consistent tardiness, losing appointments, and lying about scheduling tests. To top it all off, they're just about the most expensive place on the northshore. Again, they're also called Nicastro's, check the reviews there too.
