Negative experience: My original review was removed so I have to reiterate: If you are autistic, DO NOT go here. Byron will bully you for being autistic, he harassed and targeted me when I was going through his driving lessons. Anytime I asked a question? Figure it out. Anytime my peers asked? He would answer. If you show anything he deems a weakness, he will target and harass you.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to thank Byron the driving instructor and give him a awesome review and I would tell anyone to go take there driving test through them at major driving school and now I’m licensed driver for about 6 years thank u again Byron

Fantastic experience: When i was first going into driving and learning about it I was really scared. But all the instructors and classroom teachers really helped make it a fun and unforgettable experience. They really helped me learn about driving in a way that I wouldn't forget about the things I've learned and in a way to make driving a fun and safe experience.

Fantastic experience: Very good place to go the kind staff they have will make you feel(at least in my case) comfortable without having to worry about your nerves The part i was personally most worried about was the parallel parking but they really just want to test if in the case you need to parallel park in a space of about your cars length you are able to perform the action But overall i think they are a good and reliable place to go to at least for the drivers test because i did not go through the schooling with them

Fantastic experience: I took my road test with Byron, and he made my driving experience very easy. He gave very clear directions well in advance, was very helpful aswell as understanding! I highly recommend everyone to take there test at Major Driving School if you want an easy, personal experience.

Negative experience: The reason for my review our appointment was at 2:25. We didn’t even start until 2:50. Of course my son was nervous so then add on waiting 25 more minutes. He didn’t yield to the car coming out of the mail he was already starting to turn and she was coming out of the mall parking had her left turn blinker on and then turned her right on I would have done the same thing. Again with the slowing down in the fast lane he knew no one was behind him so why cut a car off to turn then turn right, he slowed down and allow them to pass so he could then get over and turn right. Also it wasn’t a cement truck it was a sign truck. I did tell him to slow down because he was trying to get in front of it there were cars behind it. You were very bland monotone. Does he need more practice yes, will he get more practice yes we have him drive all the time. He was the only one that drove to and from his test that I noticed yesterday. The fact for you to say he wasn’t concerned with things when they happened I thought was a great quality he didn’t panic. Just a way to get more money by not passing them on the first try.

Negative experience: Don’t return phone calls or emails

Negative experience: I registered my granddaughter in July of 2020 . It’s now October of 2021. I still haven’t heard back from them . My half dozen texts and phone calls only result in a automated response telling me she’s on the list . I finally had to go out of the school district to get her a class 20 miles away. It’s funny though, she’s not the only one from Swartz creek in the class .

Fantastic experience: Byron is very professional and very kind. The appointment process was easy as well. I highly recommend this school.
