Fantastic experience: Ms. Carol was very helpful and sweet. And I learn a lot doing this class.

Negative experience: If you have the opportunity to go anywhere else, please run there. This place is nothing less than a joke. We have paid thousands of dollars and hours upon hours of our time to this place for them to constantly be losing paperwork and then when deadline comes, the paperwork, That is still lost, they then throw their hands in the air and act as unprofessional as possible, getting into screaming matches with clients. As I said if you can go anywhere else by any means necessary, run there as fast as you can

Negative experience: The program material is outdated and underfunded, although the teachers are informative..The lady counselor that runs the place that determines if you need outside "treatment" is a JOKE and her "evaluation" isnt that at all. No matter what answers you give her, you WILL be sent for treatment which you will have to pay for out of pocket and I'm sure they kickback money to Pride. This program is a business not a non profit....they prey on people that have made mistakes in their lives.

Negative experience: Do you yourself a favor and find a different DUI school. This school is a scam and will find any excuse to charge you additional fees. Also when I attended their weekend class, they had no power. So we sat in an extremely hot class room with no air or lights.

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! All what they care about is taking money from your pocket. Try your best to find another DUI school. Been sober for months without any urges to drink and yet they required treatment. If you already made the bad decision to drink and drive don't make another bad decision by going to their classes!!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience!! Diane was very compassionate and understanding that I am out of town flying in and helped me out with my appointments!!

Fantastic experience: The people were in fact actually very nice and respectful. My DUI classes with Mr. Hans was informative and enjoyable. Sucks I caught the DUI but a pleasure to interact with these fine people.

Negative experience: These people are very rude. They also laughed at me while I walked out of the door. Saying to me and the state I got a ticket in, that if we didn't understand the certificate we were literate. Imagine being 64 years old and getting laughed at. I've had a liscence at sixteen when cars had no seat belts,no power breaks,push button transmission . Theses people are half my age, volunteers how dare they speak to people like that.I gave them a one rating only because of the instructor of the classes Tom he was very good

Negative experience: I called for basic questions and the Lady was so rude, talk to fast and Just wanted to get me off the phone.

Negative experience: Rudest lady ever on the phone like most of the people that work at these places. All I asked was a question and got degraded and talked to like I was incompetent . I just need a piece of paper emailed to me and she couldn’t even do that simplest task…still waiting.. these people only want to make your life harder.

Negative experience: This is the shadiest company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. First of all that address doesn't exist. The actual address is 7621. They even perpetuate the lie on their forms. Be careful about appointment times on your letter. You must show up an hour early or be charged a $75 reschedule fee. If I need to be there at 1 pm and not 2 pm then my paper should reflect that. Instead they handwrite it in with illegible characters. Sad how many people they rob. They couldn't care less about the people that are stuck using their services. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

Negative experience: Truly has one never seen a more chaotic disregard for the law then these people.
