Harley-Davidson of New Port Richey

Negative experience: Not very happy with the fact that every time you walk into this place and you need to purchase something no matter what it is you’re constantly told by staff that they can order it, or you can drive to a sister store. It infuriates me If I wanted to order it online I wouldn’t have taken the time to have driven to Newport Ritchie Harley Davidson and if I wanted to drive to a sister store, I would’ve went there instead of coming here. It’s a horrible experience to know that we have been loyal customers to them , this is how we get treated. I can promise that after, we’ve purchased two bikes at this store. There will not be a third from the store. I went to NPR Harley Davidson because that’s where I chose to do my business but if I’m constantly sent to other stores or ordering it online, what’s the point of even going there?

Fantastic experience: Had great experience at this dealer. Just bought my second bike here, 21 RGS. IT WAS CPO and I was able to get what I feel was a fair price. I enjoyed working with Bryan through the process. Finance dept is great, and when I had a throttle problem a few weeks after purchase, Skylar in service made sure everything was fixed and running properly. Just getting started putting miles on, but the customer service from sales, finance, and service has been nothing but a 10. The entire team goes the extra mile to make sure I've had a quality experience all the way a round.

Fantastic experience: My experience with both the Coaches "REV" & the "PROFESSOR" was no doubt more like 10 stars +++++ and can truly say "life changing" & "life saving"!!! "REV" (the Reverend) will truly bless you with his expertise & experience in motorcycle higher learning and training (the most complete & comprehensive out there) The "Rev" truly teaches you with utmost passion, love & conviction with so much dedication to the details in his work

Fantastic experience: I just got my endorsement and was taught by coaches jay and rev. All I can say is even outside of riding lessons these guys are the best teachers. They put their heart and soul into keeping people aware and safe and God knows how many lives have been saved thanks to these two amazing people. If you are thinking about taking the basic rider course definitely ask for rev and jay!

Fantastic experience: Rev and jay, the two motor harley instructors, were really great coaches, had a great time laughing a learning and worked out any issues or questions i had!!
