Fantastic experience: I always feel valued here. Nothing fancy but it worked.
Negative experience: Drove out to location after not receiving a response from the several messages I left onlyc to find out the office in WILLOWICK is closed. When you call the the #, vm message does not let you know they closed.
Fantastic experience: All of my older daughters went there and rave about Keith and a great teacher. Great price too.

Fantastic experience: My son Edward took his driving classes at the Willowick location in 2021 and had a great experience. I recently referred my niece to the same location and will have my daughter attend as well when she is old enough to drive. Keith is a great instructor!

Negative experience: Its literally so hard to get in touch with them!! They would email and text me back at 10pm or sometimes midnight. I dont know if its only one person working here or not but i really wanted to try them out due to them being close but i found a different school in the process Also, i have proof of the emails/texts

Negative experience: Let’s just address the elephant in the room. Keith (the instructor) is in simple terms is a bully. In class he would make fun of “window lickers”, special ed kids in general, his own students, etc. The environment was very hostile and he encouraged kids that I never even met before the class (because we went to different schools) to team up and make fun of certain students. I ended up being one of those students. Now let’s talk about driving with him. He would constantly eat candy or cough drops (not sure which) and would litter on the street. Not the worst thing he did just very unprofessional. Another thing is the degrading and the name calling wouldn’t stop in the classroom. If you asked him to clarify if you were turning left or right he would call you “slow” or “retarded”. There was even one time where I asked “you said make a right, correct?” And he must have not been paying attention because he said yes. However there was no right hand turn that could be made, only straight and left. He continued to scream at me for this when I even asked him a second time which direction to go and he gave me a direction that wasn’t even a possibility. He brags about making all of his female students cry during in-cars with him and it seems to be a thing he tries to do. He is the most unprofessional person for the job this includes but is not limited to smoking on the job, making fun of disabled kids constantly, encouraging bullying in his classroom, screaming at teenagers when he is the one who made a mistake, etc. if you are looking for a driving school for your teenager don’t go here. I will say some kids do have good experiences but if they don’t have a good experience chances are they will have a horrible one filled with being degraded, screaming, in professionalism, and more.
A driving school for 23 yrs in business find that a person that leaves no name to make up this up? We have not received any proof that this was going on.?we are sorry that you had a problem..nothing was said until now? We find that base off your complaint,your Review is invalid. Best of Luck AR.
Negative experience: Hello, I scheduled two lessons because my drivers license expired and I wanted to go over skills. The first one was cancelled via text because Keith was sick. The next one we did the following week and was in November. It was hard to do maneuverability that time of day at that time of year with limited light and a dark parking lot, for me it was a waste. We had to take a break so the instructor could smoke and was hard to breathe freely in a car that close to someone. I was told to call him Monday to see what he had coming up since he cancelled on me. Since maneuverability in the dark was not helpful I wanted to do a Saturday since I work Mon - Fri 8 - 5. His message says calls are very important to them but he would always text back after I would leave a few messages. I did not schedule or pay by text when I bought the four classes so texting me back was very unprofessional. One time he text at 11:17 at night. That is very inappropriate and I have the text to prove it. I called for two weeks in May he would not answer but would then text to tell me to call him to schedule. When I did it was the same cycle he would not answer but then would text me. I was finally told be was too busy, he could have told me that right away and not have me keep calling and him text back. However I did find someone else more expensive but reliable and someone who picked up the phone. Sometimes it is worth paying more for better service. I passed my test and I learned so much from her. She even told me when she did the program you are not supposed to be contacting students at late hours and it was in the course. She had a lot of driving knowledge I will remember for life. Lesson learned pay the higher price to get better service.
After reviewing your comments on this issue,when you called the office back in 2021(November)you were told the school did not cover the Painesville area,you agreed to come to the willowick location for the 4hr of private lessons.you were given the first 2 hrs of driving.after the in/ car lesson,the instructor was done& waited for your ride to pick up was off duty when he took his break to have a cigarette.he felt at this time,this was not a problem for you,seeing that the in/car was finished.the next in/ car was canceled due to covid& the office did in fact lefted 2 messages for you,that was not returned.this was the month of December (2021).our office received a message from you this year June 2022 about the last 2hrs.you were told about the 6months,& contract you signed stating the time frame.you became angry over this matter when in fact the office did try to contact you.we are only going by the contact that signed& agreed to.I feel at this time,you had a untrue review of the school.Best of Luck.T&C
