Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Mr. Dany, he helped me with driving within the parking lot, parking, 3 point turn, stopping at the right time, as well as driving in the road and even the highway! I now know how to be comfortable with driving and not only drive for me but for everyone else. I did in fact pass my exam attaining my license with an almost perfect score. I have driven on the road about 10 times after getting my license with all the knowledge that I have learned. Thanks to Mr. Dany I am a safe driver. Make some space on the road for me !!!

Negative experience: Yo pa vreman montre kondwi nan lari,nan parking DMV a yap jus montre w koman pouw pase test la pouw pran lisans ke ou pral peye yo menm anko 100 dola anplis pou w ka jwenn randevou pou pase test kondwi a. Yo vann randevou yo They don't really show you how to drive on the street, in the DMV parking lot they just show you how to pass the test to get your driver's license, which you will pay them $100 extra to get an appointment for the driving test. They are selling those appointements.

Negative experience: They lie to get your money and later try to get more money out of you. Never got the driving portion done because the lady "mysteriously" got so sick! A bunch of crooks! I will be filing a complaint with BBB

Negative experience: As an instructor, Mr. Dany was not bad & explained things in a way that I understood. The overall experience and service forced me to cut things short. Between the few days I drove with him as an instructor, a lot of time was missed. We pay for a total of 2 hours of driving each day scheduled & a lot of it was cut into due to the instructor switching cars with another instructor, picking up random persons in the DMV parking lot while I was practicing, leaving me to sit in the parking lot while he went into the DMV to handle whatever business/ paperwork with others (speaking a language Ido not speak to add to the discomfort) & due to construction in my area which Dany continued to mention when I repeatedly asked when I when we’d be making up for lost time (over an hour and a half in total) as it were my own fault. He seemed surprised that I had been keeping track of time spent & grudgingly agreed to do an extra 30 minutes and was visibly annoyed during this time, especially when he jerked the wheel after I missed the point I was to switch lanes. Not to mention times where personal space was invaded inappropriately. From the time scheduled with a student until it ends, you should be focused on that student, not others. We pay for a certain number of hours of practice and for him, (the owner of the driving school) to cut into the hours being paid and have no intention of making up for it by simply doing a few extra minutes shows a blatant lack of respect for the student/customer, their time, and their money spent.

Negative experience: They don’t call you back for updates about instructor’s location, or at all when you ask them to keep you informed. I waited many days before I actually did get in the car. The car had a crack on the windshield. Instructor was constantly on the phone and made me run errands such as drive to the bank and his home. I paid $500 for what was supposed to be 8 hours and was shorted. Instructor would sometimes rest his hand on my (a woman’s) leg after taking the wheel instead of moving it away immediately. Instructor drove off with other potential clients while I was waiting for the test proctor to come so I had to lie and say I couldn’t find parking and wait for him to come back. They only take cash and apparently keep poor records because two months later they texted me saying that I hadn’t paid, when I certainly had and kept my receipts. Save your energy and don’t go here.
