Fantastic experience: The class was comprehensive and it was easy and convenient to schedule the driving sessions; other options we looked into had months of waiting to get behind the wheel. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with easy method. The classroom instructor coach collins was informative and kept the class involved in the curriculum. Mr Levy was informative and patient with the behind the wheel part of the class. He works with you and makes sure your gonna pass the MVA test. Highly recommend this driving school

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my learning experience at Easy Method Driving school. My aspect of the school is how much they prioritize the new drivers comfort. As a new driver I was a little nervous being in a car with someone I didn’t know driving for 2 hours straight. The school put there best foot forward at trying to keep me comfortable and relaxed on the road.

Negative experience: The senior who is usually the instructor is very respectful and is a great teacher, but the other inductor I think his name was Dominic, was extremely rude. Immediately kicking students out of the meeting if they didn't have their cameras on without allowing those students why they did not have their cameras on. Even if their camera was off for 10-20 seconds, he would kick them out of the meeting. Truly unprofessional and needs to fixed. Students are also not always going to be at their homes to have their cameras and mics set up ready just yet, a student of yours was kicked out of the meeting because her friend was in the camera frame when they were walking out of their SCHOOL to head home. To add on, this certain instructor would make snarky remarks before the student could tell them their situation. Moments like these make me want to not recommend this place to other parents that are thinking about sending and paying $479+ for their children. Hopefully if you or your child attends class here in the future, the senior is the instructor and not this unprofessional and rude one.

Negative experience: Instructor was great. Management is very poor and unorganized. As I now read some of the other comments, we too had an issue with papers not being delivered to the MVA. I didn't realize I needed to call the business to make sure they did their job before going to the MVA. My mistake. I mostly feel heartbroken for my very nervous and excited 16 year old who went to get his license to be told adults screwed up and didn't do their job so he cannot get tested. Oh and the best part, he must wait 6-8 weeks to get another appointment to take the test. Shame on this company. What a huge inconvenience for me and my family. Hope this business owner sleeps well at night. I know better for the my next kid.

Fantastic experience: The teacher is amazing supper funny and supper smart. He knows what he’s talking about. Staff is friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: Management is horrible took my drivers ed class last summer and I came a year later to the mva in Easton reminder I live in Annapolis and my mom took off work to take me and a whole year later and they never sent over my form that says I completed driving school. This management is horrible and apparently this is a reoccurring issue with easy method and the lady Reminded me there is also no way for me to find this out till I take my test. Never come here if I could give 0 stars I would

Fantastic experience: The manager Tania was so helpful in working with me on the payment plans so my child could get in to the class right away! I went here 17 years ago and now my child is there!

Negative experience: My driving instructor was amazing, his name was Mr.Blaha he did a magnificent job and is very commited. Today I went into the MVA to take my skills test though and they said I could not because Easy Method did not electronically send the form that says I took drovers ed at this school. The managment did not take it seriously at all. The school said I could take just the paper copy for my test, also the school says this is a common problem so iIdon't understand why they fix it. Now I must wait another 1-2 months to take it again. To sum it up again, the driver instructor was amazing and well educated during the driving and class portion, but the management is horrific.

Negative experience: My daughter drives with two feet, the instructor insisted using only one during the last driving hour, he would not give her the certificate, or return my calls, and a month later the phone was disconnected. This is a fly away at night company.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was very helpful and patient, and I didn't feel rushed like I was expecting. There was plenty of time allowed for in-car training. My instructor was kind to all of us and made me feel comfortable behind the wheel. I would recommend Easy Method to everyone that need help getting over their fear of driving. Peace and Love.

Negative experience: **** PROSPECTIVE DRIVERS PLEASE BEWARE **** I am in the process, still, of finishing my driver's ed and road skills commitments before moving on to complete my test in Maryland. I didn't pay much attention to the negative reviews in place already and just thought that there would be a basic standard for driving schools and "why shop around, how bad can it be?". I couldn't have been more wrong. Positives: - Price - Easy method is relatively price competitive and they build 6 hours of road skills into their fixed price for new drivers [although in hindsight this is commonly offered by other companies in the area]. Negatives: - Their 30 hour class room session [in Ellicott city] is held in a run down, beaten up and uncomfortable old building and it is poorly heated so beware committing to this in the winter. - Despite assuring you that you can schedule your behind the wheels component easily when you are ready to do so this is not true. I am taking mine through September and October and was told by the rude customer representative [Ashley] that they only have two instructors on at this time of year and this means that you can be waiting weeks to get slots that are actually conducive to your schedule. - Customer service is non existent, the office is a joke and managed very poorly. I asked Ashley to speak to the manager, which she then told me was her even though the week before when I made the same request she told me it was someone else [apparently that person left that same week!]. This was in response to a last minute reschedule by me [less than 24 hours notice] for being ill. I was told that their policy didn't accommodate changes within 48 hours of the lesson even in the event of illness and I was then forced to pay $30. I pushed back to say, "wait, you need to know you will be sick 48 hours before?" and was told there would be no budging on the policy. Unfortunately in order to take the test and pass the mandatory state components I had to pay the penalty in order to book a lesson otherwise I would have told them where to shove it. I am told that Tony Maxino [her boss] will call me back. Tony "looks after things at Easy Method" so I am sure he is the right person...[sarcasm]. - The cars. I am not sure about all the instructors and can only speak about my own experience but the instructor's car was filthy, smelt terrible and was badly worn down. Driving a boat would have been easier. Unfortunately you are hence forth obligated to spend six hours with this person in their car which is compulsory so do yourself a favor and go with a company where the instructors take pride in their work and vehicles. - Finally, my instructor in all of my sessions made sure to wrap up the sessions within 60-75 minutes instead of the paid for 90. He was always in a rush to go to his next session, turned up early, finished early and cut the lesson short. Even though I was delighted to get out of the filthy vehicle I felt I was being ripped off on my professional lessons which were paid for in the cost of the package. All in all, there are plenty of better managed, better equipped and frankly more pleasant options out there. This is not an irate review, it is a warning, don't make the same mistake I did as you will end up giving up 40 hours of your life to this company and hard earned money for a very poor experience. I never write reviews online but felt compelled in this case due to the extremely negative experience. Avoid at all costs students and drivers. Aaron

Negative experience: Worst Service! Val, the manager, is horrible. They hide fees after you pay in full, and get additional monies for rescheduling appointments. Driving instructor was 45 min. late to pre-scheduled driving time. I wish I had looked up the reviews before going with the service I saw on the school's website, I would of found an alternative program.

Negative experience: Warning...The customer service provided by this company is HORRIBLE! If you have another option you will want to use it. I would not recommend them to anyone! If you need to Call the Ellicott City location be prepared to be treated with rudeness and deceit.
