Fantastic experience: Barry is a excellent drivers ed teacher, communicates just fine, he's safe with the young driver and I wouldn't take my child anywhere else but to Barry. A+ old school

Negative experience: Barry, you forgot us constantly, so I hope everyone forgets you as well. He was rude, unprofessional, extremely lacking in communication, and obviously has some memory issues and concerns. He eventually remembered us and blew us off as we were asking questions considering we are new to driving schools. His certification for instruction needs revoking and needs to get some mental assistance. I will be pursuing looking to see who I need to talk at the state about this as he is a health and nut job waiting to happen. DO NOT USE. There are other reviews here that are just far too concerning.

Negative experience: Well I was hoping the reviews were wrong and even called and told him I was hesitant because of the reviews. We are definitely not over-protective parents but this guy was so rude, mean, yells and grabs the steering wheel?? This is not acceptable . He did not help with our child’s driving skills! He makes a person very uncomfortable and nervous. Go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I loved Barry! He was so helpful! I was so scared to drive and he taught me that there was nothing to be afraid of. Definitely recommend!!!!

Negative experience: If I can give zero stars I would. I had a lesson scheduled with Barry. Everything was set and confirmed via telephone and text message. The morning of the lesson, Barry texted to say he had to reschedule due to the weather and that he would call me. I completely understood....the weather was indeed horrible. After 1 week of not hearing from him, I decided to text to follow-up with him. Barry had no recollection of who I am and did not have us in his books. I sent a screenshot of our conversation showing the agreed amount, confirmation, as well as reschedule text from him. As of now, he has not responded. I told him that seeing he does not have any recollection of our conversation, we will find another instructor. I can understand if he did not follow-up. I do not understand an instructor/business person not having any recollection of conversations/text messages that took place a week ago. I do NOT recommend.
