Fantastic experience: Course was relatively easy. You can proceed at your own pace. I even had to re-up my account because I got hung up on my moving chores and timed out going to the next module. It was easy to do. They took care of notifying the DMV as well as my insurance company so my discount was applied and a refund for the difference in my premium was refunded. Easy-pezy!

Fantastic experience: Used the Improv Online as my option for dealing with a ticket. Got it all done in one day from home. Very simple. The web interface easy to use. and the school takes care of the paperwork submission to the court. 100% recommend it. Ended up being $5 less than just paying the ticket, however, not getting a possible bump in insurance using Improv is worth it.
