He was very professional and understanding with scheduling issues since I'm a busy college student. I'm a student in New Paltz (a bit of a distance from Poughkeepsie) and Bob still managed to quote (and stay true to that quote) me a great deal for a lesson package. I had basically no driving experience before and Bob was very patient with the fact that I was so new to driving practice. He's an honest, clear, concise, and informative instructor that I would happily pay for lessons from again. He teaches you what to expect and encourages you even when you're super nervous. I learned so much in just an hour lesson and I am very appreciative of that. Best driving "crash course" and practice on important driving techniques. I will definitely be coming back.
