Negative experience: This school is unacceptable, I called this school mid may - early june, after I obtained my permit. I put my name on the waiting list, and I was told the latest I would be able to take a class was august, I was also told to provide an email & phone number incase ANYTHING regarding the waitlist should happen. I've called twice (once at the end of june, and again at the beginning of July) since my initial call. Just to check the status of my wait time anyway, and was told I would be notified. Well, today I call and I was told my wait time is pushed back another two months to October not even September. With, no email and no phone call, the communication is horrible. And, there is no sense of compassion for the customer's time. I've waited months for this school because I heard you were one of the best. But, I can't even get a professional phone call.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Buchanon is the best instructor ever! I was nervous at the beginning of my drive, but he was really nice and made me get over my nerves. Very supportive and encouraging!

Fantastic experience: Mr.J best driving teacher ever im telling you he is amazing he teaches you everything i came in knowing nothing and now am almost perfect driver highly recommend mr.J and official driving school!
