Fantastic experience: The best Driver’s Ed teacher! Dan is very kind and extremely knowledgeable. Throughout the class and on drives, Dan answered all questions with great attention and taught me so much. At about $100 less than most other driver’s ed schools in the area, I’d say there’s no one else you should go to. I’ll be doing my DOL with him as well!
Thanks for the great recommendation. I am pleased that you were happy with my instruction. I enjoyed teaching you. See you when you come to take the department of licensing testing.
Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Arrived a little bit late, and he hadn’t even handed the tests out and he said, nope! After I had traveled 30 minutes to get there. I arrived early the following week, and he looked at me and looked at his watch and said no …there’s no testing this week. Every time I have called he said EVERY Tuesday 9am. What’s the difference this Tuesday? To me it felt very racist, we need to call this out so it will change. I was treated differently because of the way I look! We should not financially support behavior like this
Fantastic experience: Dan is great!
Thanks Foster! I appreciate your great response!
Negative experience: We went for permit testing and the testing area was a bit chaotic. About 5 min after the timed test began, the instructor went around the testing room and interrupted the students to collect payment. The test questions did not correlate with the state DMV practice tests.
Jonna, I am sorry that you had a bad experience. I am not sure why you felt it was chaotic or what that means. Once in a while I have too many parents who stay. That happened the last testing time. Today I had no parents staying. As far as collecting money, it shouldn't have been a problem since people were supposed to have it out available so I could easily collect it. In regard to the test questions you mentioned. The tests I use are sent to me by the department of licensing. I have 3 tests of all the tests that the department of licensing has available. Each driving school has different tests. As far as practice tests are concerned, the department of licensing only has 5 questions on their practice tests. The other practice tests online are put on by someone else. They asked me to evaluate their tests some time ago. I took their tests online and found that they have many incorrect answers for Washington. They are generic tests for all states. I told them that they should get a copy of the Washington Driver's Guide so they could have the correct answers. In short, it takes time for me to look up each person who needs to test and find out if they are eligible and what test they need to take. They take a different test each time with different answers. The department of licensing requires me to give instructions before the test which takes time. I am required to correct tests when everyone is completed. The driver's guide is where you should spend time to study as this is why the department of licensing quit putting multiple tests online. They want drivers to know the rules of the road instead of just being able to pass the test. I hope this helps.
Fantastic experience: Great place.
Thank you. I'm glad you had a good experience.
