Negative experience: Mr Derrick is the worst teacher he can’t hold a decent sentence without making it utterly impossible to understand what he is saying or he will slur his words. He was extremely rude and unprofessional in class. I will NEVER recommend Allstar to anyone at all.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Derrick and Mr. Swinger made this class easy for me to learn how to drive.

Negative experience: IF YOU VALUE YOUR CHILDS LIFE DO NOT send them here!!!This organization is run by totally incompetent idiots,they take in too many students and do the bare minimum.The teacher flipped other drivers off(in front of students) showing it was ok to express aggression to complete strangers.None of the students nor parents could understand the teacher,he spoke like a crazy auctioneer.Not only was it a waste of money and time but they have put my child at risk with their negligence The main headquarters will not reply to any of your calls or emails and you can’t reschedule because they don’t respond.They charge 30 for each missed day and after they’ve ignored you long enough they refuse a refund.Try Century driving school they actually care about other human beings.

Negative experience: The WORST customer service. They have no one available to answer the phone EVER and they do not respond to email inquiries. My son just finished the course (Segment 1) and had 3 makeup classes. He took those at the next in person course per his instructor. Now, we keep getting email saying he is enrolled in online makeup sessions that he should not have to take, but cannot get a hold of anyone to clear this up. He isn't able to get his certificate and we can't get any help.
