Parents and students appreciate the transparency in services, with options for different package sizes based on the number of driving hours required. The goal is to equip both teenagers and adults with the skills necessary to drive safely for a lifetime.

Areas for Improvement and Customer Service

Despite the high praise for instruction, some students have pointed out administrative inconsistencies. Issues such as last-minute schedule changes, difficulties reaching customer service via phone or email, and occasional communication gaps have been noted. Additionally, some students expressed concern regarding data privacy after receiving unsolicited insurance emails. While the teaching quality is widely regarded as exceptional, prospective students are advised that the administrative support may require more patience and proactive communication. Overall, the consensus remains that the quality of instruction makes the experience worthwhile, with many students recommending the school specifically for its top-tier educators.
