Fantastic experience: We've been working with Teamficient for several months with one virtual assistant. Onboarding took a few weeks. It's been a huge help to have consistent staffing that is able to work even when local people cannot (due to inclement weather). We will likely increase the number of VAs as we go into our busy season.
