Fantastic experience: Kris is an awesome driving coach, if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be a quarter of a decent driver. She is patient and teaches you everything you need to learn. She is an incredible person!!!

Negative experience: The lady Kris who works here was rude, unprofessional, and left my daughter waiting for lessions because she "forgot" more than once. Awful waste of money

Fantastic experience: As an older student, I highly recommend Vic as an instructor if you are an anxious driver like myself. He allowed me to make my own mistakes and was able to drill safe habits into me. He is the very best teacher that this school has and I could give him more than 5 stars if I could.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, rude and they argue with their clients , this includes their main office. They lose paperwork, you cannot schedule timely driving times because they don't have enough workers.

Fantastic experience: Word’s cannot express how pleased and thankful I am of this Driving School! A HUGE shout out to my Driving Instructor, Ms. Kelli for her respect, PATIENCE, and knowledge. I will FOREVER be so thankful! Them Cone’s! Oh, my goodness! Lol!

Negative experience: EXTREMELY unprofessional, every person I have spoken with is Condescending, disrespectful, argumentative and has no idea of their own policies. Signed up, paid, submitted documents as needed. Was told the documents were incorrect and they were “photos”…even though they were not. Kept being told they were incorrect even though they were resubmitted as requested. Sara, Nitsa, and even the supervisor Marykay were unpleasant and argumentative. Left 3 msgs for Marykay to return my calls, have not had 1 returned call. Called for a refund to which they will take their time and had no idea outside of “maybe10-14 days”. Was told that there is no one to speak to that is above their supervisor who surprisingly is NEVER in the office, also was told they do not have a corporate office and there’s no number to be given to speak to anyone else but the girl that is working that day! Completely unprofessional, the workers are not compliant to their own policies, and do not tell the truth when questioned on their own policies! Would NEVER recommend this company.

I'm sure their instruction is even worse, and i glad i alt least received a portion of my initial investment. upon asking for a refund they were not so eager to fulfill, but then once it was completed they short paid. i recommend all to stay clear from this company!

Negative experience: If I could give them zero stars I would. I have never dealt with a more unpleasant, unprofessional company in my life. I asked for the corporate offices number and was told they don't have it. Customer service is horrible. My son is waiting on his behind the wheel hours. He finished the classroom portion over a month ago and they still have no instructor available for him. I would not recommend this place at all.

Negative experience: My daughter hasn't even gotten to her in-car training yet and I'm already significantly displeased with this business. The website is unfriendly and difficult to navigate. I've had to call the office twice. The first time I was placed on hold for almost 30 min and both times the person answering the phone has been less then pleasant and not very helpful. We're stuck now that I've paid but I wouldn't recommend this place if you have another option.

Negative experience: If you buy a class in Elyria you should be able to do behind the wheels in Elyria. The woman on the phone was extremely unhelpful and condescending.

Negative experience: Very Rude and unprofessional staff. I Paid for my daughters In Cars on November 13th and we have been calling and emailing to schedule with no response. Now that she no longer needs there services and would like a refund they want to try to schedule something and be obnoxious when we say no thank you we prefer a refund. Still no refund and I’ve been calling for the past three days and they just put you on hold for 45min. Do not take your child to this place you will waist your time and money.

Negative experience: One of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever worked with. My son was supposed to have his in car driving in December. The "in car" driving instructor texted him to let him know that was no longer with Pro Driving school and his scheduled appointments would be canceled. 1) Why did he notify my son and not me? 2) Why was I not called or sent an email from Pro Driving School. I had to call them. 3) I sent an email to them and also messaged them in the discussion part of the website. Never to get a response. The reason I went with them is because they would come to the house and pick up my son and drop him off. I called them again, because there was no availability on the website for our area. There was in another city about 20 minutes away. I would have expected them to offer some kind of a discount since I had paid in full already. When I called again the lady was extremely rude and not apologetic what so ever.
