Fantastic experience: The fingerprinting process was challenging for me because my fingerprints are not very distinct, but the staff was incredibly patient and helpful. They guided me through the process, allowing me to retry over 30 times, and remained polite and supportive the entire time.

Negative experience: Guess they don’t keep politics out of insurance. It’s a shame. I don’t feel welcomed.
