Fantastic experience: Brent from Coastline academy is a great and patient instructor. The car feels new and easy to control making the practice sessions meaningful and fun. Unlike other instructors I had worked with Brent remains calm while giving advice and is never condescending. I was able to pass my drive test in his car and I am grateful for his valuable support.

Fantastic experience: We hired Coastline Academy Driving School for our daughter and we are very glad we chose this company. Brent was very knowledgeable. He showed up early to talk about my daughter’s instructional needs to formulate a good instruction plan. After the lesson was over, he talked with my husband about the lesson and what she needs to work on. My daughter was very comfortable and enjoyed her lesson. We also loved the lesson report emailed after. Overall great experience.

Fantastic experience: Brent has done a great job with our daughter. He has taken her on 2 lessons and she has become much more confident and less intimated to get behind the wheel. Brent is friendly, personable and my teenager listens to him :) thank you Coastline and Brent.

Fantastic experience: Took lessons with Brent and I am forever grateful. Due to being in accidents when I was younger I developed driving anxiety and never imagined being able to drive. After 3 lessens I feel so much better and am confident that one day I will have my license. Thank you so much Brent!

Fantastic experience: My wife worked with Brent over ten lessons and really enjoyed it. She liked his relaxed style and was helped by his many driving tips. He was always a few minutes early and she always received a full two hours (what we paid for). She had lessons at a different Reno school a year ago and had a very tough time and did not like the instructor. We would HIGHLY recommend Coastline and especially Brent. Side note- ex-employees airing dirty laundry in public is a very bad look. Move on with your life and let your experiences spur you to success elsewhere. Future employers will dig up and find your complaining about past employers and it's not not going to help you to get hired.

Negative experience: I don't understand how they can let an excellent employee go. Cheryle was the best. I've been to almost 3 academies in Reno and no one like her. Very committed, attentive and patient. Sorry teacher!!! I know you are the best!!!

Fantastic experience: Very attentive and accessible. I was able to connect with a representative right away when I had a concern about scheduling. The office and my daughter's instructor were very accommodating with a schedule change. My daughter absolutely loves her driving instructor Cheryle. She was very patient and very calm with my daughter that her lessons were stress-free. Even booking appointments online was also stress-free. My daughter would rather drive around with Cheryle than me because "she doesn't yell at me and doesn't get upset when I make a mistake." For my daughter's sanity and mine, signing her up with Coastline Academy was the best move we could ever make.
