Fantastic experience: Tara has been nothing but helpful from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for classes. The instructor Jan Davis was an amazing teacher, very efficient with the information she provided and answered any questions the class had. I would recommend any of the classes that North Buckhead DUI and driving school offers over other companies offering the same services. The customer service is phenomenal and they truly show that they care!

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I was on probation related to a DUI charges being brought against me Not knowing what to do, I "cold called" N. Buckhead Driving & DUI. That organization and its primary staff: Tara Neal turned out to be nothing short of outstanding. Tara is professional, well organized, compassionate, and always gets the job done. Fantastic experience: I came to NBDD for a court ordered clinical evaluation. Tara was able to schedule me an appointment with a counselor who listened to my situation and gave me excellent advice. Tara went above and beyond by also providing me some good community service recommendations. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The class was very informative. Andrea, the class instructor, was wonderful. She shared interesting information and anecdotes. It’s not a class anyone wants to endure, but the interaction with Andrea and the office staff was incredible. I definitely recommend using North Buckhead Driving if you are in need of this class.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed a defensive driving course, and I have to say it was a surprisingly valuable experience. Going in, I expected it to be a bit of a chore, but the course turned out to be well organized, informative, and even a little engaging. The material covered everything from basic traffic laws to more advanced defensive driving strategies like how to anticipate potential hazards, manage distractions, and maintain safe following distances. What I appreciated most was how practical and relatable the examples were. It didn’t feel like just textbook theory, it felt like advice you could actually use every day on the road. The instructor Ms. Andrea Chastain kept things clear and easy to follow, and there were plenty of visuals and interactive elements. Plus, completing the course helped me to qualify for a discount on my auto insurance, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I’d recommend the course to anyone whether you're trying to dismiss a ticket, save on insurance, or just be a safer driver. It's a few hours well spent.

Fantastic experience: At a time that comes with a lot of stress and nerves, Tara at this school is the best. She helped me schedule all the classes needed, took her time explaining how things work and was accessible via text or call basically at any moment. There was never a time I had to hunt her down for an answer and if she needed a little bit of time to get me an answer she would update me along the way. Tara is simply the best, which makes this school also the best. I had to take care of 5 requirements and she helped me get everything done in about a week and a half. I highly recommend Tara and her school.

Positive experience: I give 3 stars because of the class convenience but I will say they called and text me repeatedly after visiting the website, I finally signed up and paid for the class . During the class the instructor and had a dispute I felt how she said something to me was a bit disrespectful and she felt my response was disrespectful. I reached out to Tara the owner by text again who before I paid for the class had no problem texting and calling …… and to my surprise all of a sudden no response. Thank you for making me feel as a customer that I don’t matter once you got paid. FYI the instructor and I did end the class on a good note and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I just feel the owner could’ve reached out to me .

Fantastic experience: I took a class with Tara last year, and she was great! She had tons of energy, she was so kind and polite! All of her instructions were clear and concise and she keeps a good pace through the course! She even helped me out months later when I needed her help to get my license reinstated! She responded promptly and also handled my requests immediately! Highly recommend Northside Buckhead Driving &DUI! And if you stop by tell Tara I said Hello!!

Fantastic experience: North Buckhead Driving and DUI school is the best. I am a DUI and Traffic Ticket attorney so I have familiarity and dealt with many of the schools in the ATL Metro area. They offer Zoom classes and there is no school which is as customer friendly and flexible as North Buckhead is with their students. I would definitely recommend this school for quick and fast service!

Negative experience: This place is a scam. They will steal your money do not use!!!!First thing I will say is BEWARE, DO NOT COME to this place and give them your money. I took a 6 hour class this Saturday and sat through 5 HOURS of the class before the instructor disconnected me from the zoom class literally 45 minutes before the class ended (mind you I watched the instructor boot 3 different men from the zoom call through out the entire call for no reason) & so I call this “Tara” lady who booked my class to ask for a refund and she blocks my number, no one is answering the office number. They stole my money and are not giving it back to me! Beware do not take any course here. I wish I could upload photos of these rude text messages I have recieved when simply asking for my money back. DO NOT USE!!!!! I will be contacting the police about this business this

Fantastic experience: This school is excellent to go to for classes that are required by the court. The owner, Tara Neel, is wonderful to deal with. Understanding, patient, professional and compassionate to those dealing with driving issues. I have sent many clients to her school and every one of my clients has a great experience. Fantastic experience: both the receptionist and instructor were extremely nice, friendly and courteous, i felt welcome and safe, and the class, while tedious, was calm and simple and the teacher made it interesting.
