Fantastic experience: I’m 26 and when I first began learning to drive, I was completely clueless about what to expect. Fortunately, Bryan Miles was there to guide me, and he was an absolute surprise. He’s incredibly patient, kind, professional, and hilarious. I highly recommend him. Overall, I’ve had no issues with the company. I purchased two packages, each with 12 hours behind the wheel, and I feel comfortable to take my final driving test.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Mr. Bryant Taylor. He was very accommodating and flexible for my sons busy schedule. He now feels way more confident than he did before he started. Bryant was very nice, friendly, and easygoing 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had Mr. Briant Taylor for her behind the wheel lessons. Mr. Taylor communicated well, was professional and really prepared her for her driving test. He was patient, kind and my daughter really enjoyed learning from him. I highly recommend Mr. Taylor!

Negative experience: Company should be named UNProfessional Driving School. Avon Lake location is a run-down backroom office behind Salad Kraze. In class instructor was boring and monotone. In car driving instructor "Tina" was rude and constantly yelled at the student driver, while also refusing to expose the student driver to freeway driving. Tina would also pick up another student, while in a session with an exisiting student, on the way to drop off that exisiting student. In car driving instructor "Mr. Steve" no-called no-showed for a 9am session. Office staff has zero customer service and could care less about the students they take money from. Find another company to use. This one is garbage.

Negative experience: Love that you have to pay in advance to get pushed out 3-4 months! That is the best ever! NOT!!!!! Telling us to go online to rebook is ridiculous, people in the office HORRIBLE! They don’t attempt to understand…they take roughly $500 from you and say it’s all up to you it’s out of our hands.

Fantastic experience: I looked into several driving schools prior to choosing one. Professional driving school has so many locations.my son was able to complete all of his in class and behind the wheel classes in a reasonable amount of time. If you have questions. They email you back on the website within 24 hours. Very easy my son is ready to drive. I'm very comfortable with driving with my son after he took these classes. They prepare your child for the patents worst feeling.. them getting older.. !!!!

Positive experience: Briant taught my son, not only did he enjoy his in car with him, he learned how to do his maneuverability & passed first try. My son appreciated how Briant spoke kindly to him & time seemed to go by fast Highly recommend him

Negative experience: Literally the worse experience out of every child I put thru driving school. When there’s an issue the office is absolutely no help. Everyone just tells you to go online. My sons certificate never came and no one can help with why. The office assistant is rude and no help . I would give zero stars. This whole process has taken 6 months and still we have no certification of completion available.I wish I read the reviews before I signed him up with this company. Please take your student elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Ms Watts was very courteous and kind and my daughter very much enjoyed her as a driving instructor. She went above and beyond to fit her Into her schedule.

Fantastic experience: I got all my in cars done in like 2 weeks and passed my test first try. The instructions weren’t awkward and they all helped me out

Negative experience: Do NOT use Professional Driving School. The women in the office are the FARTHEST from professional. They do not inform you of anything, they are nasty if you can get them on the phone and will cost you so much time, energy and money. STAY AWAY from this company!

Negative experience: Horrid everything. They do not inform you of ANYTHING. I passed my test 49/50 for the class and the next day they asked me to come back for 3 more classes because I past the time. Disappointing, tried to get my parents to pay 300 more dollars too. I’ve tried twice with this company and now I’m gonna be going on 18 without a license. Very disappointed.
