Negative experience: I am really surprised at the good reviews, considering the experience I had behind your school driving. They aren't teaching speed control, maintaining lanes, and they attempted to pass a turning vehicle in the break down lane. Fri @ 0921, car#7, Londonderry tnpk.

Fantastic experience: i loved having taylor as my teacher!! she taught us so well and i’m so grateful that i had her. before i started drivers ed, many of my older friends that had her in the past said that she’s the best teacher so get, and now that ive had her i can also say that she is the best!! i had justin as my driving instructor and he was great as well. very chill and easy to talk to. overall, my thin blue line experience has been great!

Fantastic experience: Thin Blue Line has been such a great experience so far. The communication level is top notch, which was so comforting since I've heard horror stories from friends about other schools. My son was assigned to Dave for his driving instructor and he was the perfect match. He is patient, funny, very knowledgeable, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the safety of these young drivers. Our experience with Scott and Mike have been equally as great. They have taken a stressful milestone and turned it into something more tolerable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The program is really good I enjoyed it everyone was super friendly and I learned a Ms. Taylor is a really good teacher and driving instructor and is very easy to schedule times with 100% would go to thin blue line every time.

Negative experience: U-turning on a 2 lane road with oncoming traffic in a company SUV... Not a good look or endorsement for your instruction. Route 3. They were going from Penacook to Concord but U-turned due to an accident in front of the prison. About 2pm, June 13. Black or dark, dark blue. Yellow signs for the school on the back and the sides. Sorry I didn't get a better look they also sped up as soon as they turned around.

Fantastic experience: Great program! Deb and Allie were the instructors in the classroom setting. The material throughout the course was excellent and completed within a manageable schedule. Allie was my daughter's driving instructor, we can not say enough about her. Excellent, professional and eased all of the anxiety that my daughter had. She goes above and beyond for her students! We would highly recommend Thin Blue Line.

Fantastic experience: I do drivers ed at thin blue line my instructor is Allie and my driving teacher is Nancy these are both amazing women who make me feel very comfortable and are always going above and beyond for their students even when they have 100’s of them. I highly recommend taking drivers ed here you can’t fail unless you don’t do any of your work, Allie makes sure you’re always passing in your quizzes and she keeps you responsible! 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic experience: I had Allie as my driving instructor and she did a great job and was really helpful and fun to drive with. The classes taught me a lot but they weren’t boring at all. And with driving the cars they are all super nice especially the jeep. All the teachers try and learn more about you than just your name and center the driving pace off your ability not just what they have to teach you.

Fantastic experience: the instructors are super nice and they’ll do whatever they can to prepare you as much as possible for your final and DMV tests.

Negative experience: The instructor flips the bird out the window when instructing students while driving. Also I witnessed plate number TBLS04 cut off a tractor trailer who screeched their brakes to not cause collision. Really nice. This incident occurred when the TBLS vehicle was leaving the Giovanni’s pizza plaza in Manchester, the truck had been passing the mobile station at the time. This occurred on Monday July 18 sometime before 3pm.

Fantastic experience: Thin Blue Line Driving School was fantastic! We told Scott and Sue that we had a difficult time getting our son into a different school in Derry and that we kept getting put on waitlists. They made it a priority to get my son enrolled and gave us course options to fit our busy schedules. We were thrilled with how they accommodated us! Scott and Deb did an excellent job educating my son and he is quite a good driver now. We cannot thank the team a Thin Blue Line Driving School enough. My son got his license last week and is grateful for the time he had with your instructors. Thank you Scott and Deb!

Negative experience: We had a bad experience with this company and here is why. So, my step-son just turned 17 in February and we were discussing drivers ed. I had told him to research drivers ed schools and check pricing, availability and if the times would work for his schedule as he is only at our house Weds evening to Sunday. He was only supposed to be getting all this information, which he had wrote some down. His grandmother had informed him he had a school they both could go to in Methuen, MA where he stays at when he is with his mom. I wanted him to have back up choices, so I told him to continue his search. He showed me the times for this particular school and they looked like they could work, but we never told him to purchase anything. He took it upon himself to fill out the registration, not even sure what he was doing. On Sunday Mar 14, 2021 my step-son had returned to their website, where his information was still pre-filled in, he had proceeded to pay the deposit, which he did not know was non-refundable because of course he didn’t read the fine print. So, everyone is clear he signed up and paid with his own debit card, for what reason I don’t know, he was not supposed to as his grandmother already stated to him that she had a place for them to go in MA. When I found out about this, I had him take responsibility and call the school to explain that it was a mistake. Of course, he was nervous and didn’t have a clue what to say. They told him it was non-refundable and hung up. So, I called back to explain the situation more clearly. I spoke to Scott himself and at first seemed like a nice reasonable guy, but he had told me to email him what I have already told him. I just figured he was busy and did as he asked. I sent an email explaining my step-son had signed up and made a deposit without permission and that we were hoping for a refund. I got a response from a woman named Sue saying they had sent his father emails and that was the only way the deposit could have been paid is to click the link in the email. I proceed to tell her he did not click any link, nor read any of the emails sent because he wasn’t aware of what his son had done and he only checks emails he is aware of. She then asks if he has access to his father’s email. I told her he does not, but she is still convinced somebody somehow clicked the link. By the way my step-son was at his mom’s when he made the purchase. I just kept on having to repeat myself with this woman back and forth. Her telling me it is physically impossible to make payment after registering on the website and me telling her I don’t know what else to tell you, but that is what happened. I swear we went back and forth for an hour and she just didn’t believe me. I said would you like to speak to his father and she said yes have him contact Scott. So, I had to explain to his father what was going on because he didn’t have a clue and that he needed to speak to Scott. So, he calls Scott and tells him the same thing, that he did not give his son permission and he does not have access to his emails and he would appreciate him refunding his son’s money. Scott was still repeating the same things, that it is impossible and so on. Both were getting frustrated with the situation and Scott says I will refund him, but I am keeping $100 for credit card fees. I overheard and immediately said no he is not going to do that, there is no way credit card fees add up to $100. Scott then rudely hangs up. I have tried to email, text and call after that and haven’t heard from anyone. Bottom line is my step-son still never got a refund. Well, if that’s what he plans to do he will be giving me a driving class with that money and have to listen to my mouth on a daily. See you soon Scott! UPDATE: My step-son did receive a refund, but they still deducted $100 for "CC fees", which I still find to be absolutely ridiculous. Better luck next time

Fantastic experience: I went to Thin Blue Line Driving School without any experience in driving at all. I knew the basics only. Within few hours of driving with them, my driving skills have improved significantly.

Fantastic experience: June is great, loved the open note tests definitely set you up to succeed loved this school in 20 years or so I’ll probably send my kids here but I’m 16 so hopefully that’s not for awhile
