Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience in my remedial driving course thanks to my instructor. They were so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire class. You could tell they truly cared and wanted everyone to succeed. Their sweet and supportive personality made learning so much easier and less stressful. I left the course feeling confident and grateful. If you need someone who teaches with heart, this is the instructor for you!

Fantastic experience: My son finished his last driving lesson on Monday and passed his driver's test on Friday. This school was amazing and did a great job keeping me informed if there was a change. Frank is a great instructor and coached my son on his mistakes and what to work on. Some of these reviews astonish me about price. Yes, it's pricey. But can you put a price tag on making sure your child is safe on the road? I don't think so. Thank you so much for helping me to ensure my son is a safe driver.

Fantastic experience: I am a woman of a certain age who never had her license and in all honesty, had a fear of and did NOT want to drive. Life circumstances brought me back to Cincinnati and the need to drive was obvious. I contacted the office, Brandon and Savannah were professional and polite every single time I called them. Alphonso, Robert and Mr. Gerald (who I understand is no longer there) I learned something from each of you, although you had very different teaching methods. It took me almost a year, failing the maneuvering test, having to retake the written exam(my permit was about to expire) and quite a bit of $$ but it was all worth it in the end. I appreciate this company and their patience with me. I conquered the biggest fear in my life...driving! I have a birthday in a few days and this was one of the best (life skills) gifts I could have given myself. Again thank you to everyone I interacted with, or spoke to on the phone, you were awesome and taught me the rules of the road. I appreciate each and everyone of you! I would recommend this school to any adult in my situation.

Negative experience: The cost is outrages 629 for 8 hours of driving with the testing being sold separately. Lol, no way

Negative experience: This company lacks integrity. An associate in their organization shared information with me regarding a reduced rate tied to a coupon, when I went to redeem that reduced rate (based on the instructions she provided), the management would not honor the rate. I'd rather take my money somewhere else, versus giving business to a company that lacks integrity. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH AAAA.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. The instructor was rude and unprofessional. I was told the class would end at 5:30 when I called to sign up. The instructor told me it ended at 6 and “any miscommunications were not her fault”. First of all I’m a busy single mom so getting a sitter on a Saturday isn’t exactly easy. Additionally I’m a very detail oriented small business owner. I write everything down in notepad which I have with me everywhere and immediately pulled out and confirmed it is not a miscommunication. Further I don’t appreciate being spoken to like I am a child be her when I’m a grown woman in my 30s who runs a very successful business.

Negative experience: This business is a joke. Scheduled a driving class with them and the instructor Nancy that showed up had an extremely derogatory attitude from the time I entered the vehicle. Questioned me several times did I even want to do this. Continued to have an attitude and when I called the office to try to get a different appointment with a different instructor she was in the car laughing. The person that answered me offered no solution and in the end I had them refund the card that was charged. Waste of my time and energy would not recommend

Negative experience: This place is a joke... they said that I could schedule in-cars 2 weeks after I finished the classroom session. However, when I called the scheduling lady, she said it would take 5 weeks after I was paid in full. This place is a scam, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The classroom was boring and they basically went over the AAA book that most would probably do in the much cheaper, more convenient online class. I cant believe I wasted all summer waiting for a call from the scheduler, but apparently they cant schedule anything 1 week in advance. They ruined my family's plans for vacation by stalling and not scheduling in advance. How can they be so disoriented that they can’t even schedule or give me a ballpark of how long it would take. Please don't waste your time and $400 more than the online sessions...

Negative experience: This place is a joke. I called multiple schools. I was quoted a price of $469 for in car training. Once I got there, I was charged $489. Then there was a charge for using my credit card. That wasn’t mentioned. I’m not sure who carries $500 cash!! When I called and when I paid, I was told that the wait time was 4-5 weeks. 2 months later, I called to check on the status. They said that she was next on the list. 2 weeks later, I called again. They finally booked her. I had originally wanted to drop her off at Blue Ash for the training since it’s closer to where we live. Unfortunately, that wasn’t an option. I had to drop her off in College Hill. The instructor was quiet and really didn’t give my daughter much to work on. While my daughter passed her driving test, I feel like the AAAA international driving school was a sham. After I paid that fee, I couldn’t get my money back. So I had to stick with them. Please heed my advice and don’t go there!

Negative experience: The instructor's use of language was not polite, didn't know how to teach, and was not a safe driver. In several occasions while driving on the road, she took the wheel from me without prior notice, which was very dangerous. When I drove on icy road, she did not tell me to slow down. I noticed the brake of the car was not responding - she surely didn't. I did not end up driving any better after two lessons with her. I improved much more by driving with my family in some very complicated traffic. I got my DL today and I regret to say that this driving school has had nothing to do with it.

Fantastic experience: This driving school located in Blue Ash was convenient and everything went very smooth. We also had a coupon and it was cheaper than any other school we checked into. The office people were very helpful in the scheduling process, especially with any changes that we needed to make.
