Positive experience: Recomiendo este lugar porque el señor que hace el examen de manejo Reynier es muy amable, tiene paciencia con uno que esta nervioso. El le da seguridad a uno. Gracias por hacer un buen trabajo, también a la recepción la señorita muy amable. Pero No puedo decir lo mismo de la señora que hace el examen los dias de semana, creo que ella tiene miedo a un accidente, ella le grita a las personas, es muy pesada, y no tiene paciencia a las personas que van con nervios a hacer su examen

Negative experience: I understand that this "isnt the site" to complain about the TSA precheck and IDme people but youre letting them rent out a space in your office at this location so with that being said this is where my complaint will go! Sorry in advance to the traffic school people. But those TSA/IDme people do need to be investigated IMMEDIATELY!! I went there to get my Twic Card and couldn't get it because APPARENTLY THE STATE OF FLORIDA didn't receive the notification about an absent parent not being on the birth certificate!!! I had a twic card before and my absent fathers name was never an issue til now. I just went to vital statistics office TODAY and they assured me the same birth certificate i ALREADY HAD WHEN I WENT To MY APPOINTMENT APRIL 6 was the CORRECT FORMAT!! Now idk if the OWNER is doing this to get more money from us but i definitely feel discriminated against. All of sudden... this new rule applies. Scam all of over it SCRATCH A LIE AND FIND A THIEF! I suggest if you dont want these reviews on here for shady practices you tell them to go elsewhere or have their own site. If zero was the LOWEST RATE I COULD GIVE IT WOULDNT BE LOW ENOUGH... Something off about these ppl. Again sorry to the traffic school.

Negative experience: Don’t go to this place for TSA PreCheck. This place is a ripoff. I traveled over an hour for my appointment. The “owner” refused to accept my official birth certificate because it did not have my father’s name. Although I had an official birth certificate, the owner claimed the birth certificate must have asterisks in place of the missing name. That’s doesn’t even make sense. I was force to pay an additional $25.70 for IdentoGO to verify my birth certificate to continue with my enrollment. He assured me that if my birth certificate was valid, I would not be charged, but I was. Then he changed his story when I questioned how do I get reimbursed for the charge. I didn’t even receive a receipt for the transaction, which I know is a scam. When I asked to speak with the manager, he claimed he was the “owner”. I’m a government employee and have had TSA Precheck for over 4 years and have never had this experience. I used the same birth certificate for my Secret Clearance. This guy should be investigated and I plan on filing a complaint with IDEMIA.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible service! There are so many other traffic schools that you can go to with so much better customer service. They do not help you and you can’t understand anything they say.

Fantastic experience: La mujer que trabaja ahí haciendo pruebas no está capacitada para este trabajo el criterio escrito después de los tres puntos es por ella ,solo edito mi puntuación y criterio por el señor que me toco luego, que es un excelente profesional me hizo sentir seguro en todo momento , el criterio que sigue fue por ella y como me hizo sentir , cambio mi puntuación por el excelente trato recibido después … (En esta escuela uno se siente estafado , tanto dinero pagado para que te traten de mala manera , con groserías y alzando la voz , esto hace que uno se ponga más nervioso , no sé quién le dijo a esta persona que tiene cualidades para esto , y más si es una primera ves para la prueba ,no se te explica de antemano para dónde vas ni qué vas a hacer , esto está incorrecto , se debe explicar los pasos a seguir y a donde se dirigen y más si te mandan a hacer cosas dentro de un parqueo tan transitado con peatones y carros ,muy peligroso !!!! que cuando uno estudia, los términos legales y procedimientos como hacer en los parqueos y hacer parar el carro en los stop , no son nada que ver con lo que ellos te mandan a realizar , comparado con los términos legales y lo que está establecido ,espero poder cambiar de criterio y comentario , pues deseo que todos aprueben y sepan manejar correctamente como se debe de hacer)

Negative experience: The instructor that they have there is extremely rude and nasty towards people. He does not need to be there to instruct anyone because of how rude he is. It makes the teaching experience very uncomfortable. The people in office though are extremely nice and were very helpful, they just need a better instructor because the one that they have now IS NOT IT!

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my driver's education at TB Traffic school/flex traffic school , and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the school were incredibly helpful, guiding me through the necessary steps to obtain my license quickly. One of the highlights of my experience was my driving instructor/owner of TB traffic school, Gary . They were not only knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly kind and patient. Their encouragement and support made me feel at ease behind the wheel, boosting my confidence and helping me become a safer driver. Thanks to the excellent instruction and support I received at TB traffic school/flex traffic school, I was able to pass my driving test with flying colors and obtain my license sooner than I had anticipated. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a positive and effective driving education experience .

Fantastic experience: Recently got my driving license after taking classes from TB Traffic school, and it was awesome. Instructors were calm and friendly, breaking down road rules in a way that made sense. The cars were well maintained and generally had a good learning vibe. The lesson schedule was flexible, and Gary, my instructor, went out of his way to accommodate my job schedule. I'd totally recommend it!

Negative experience: We’ve repeatedly asked this company to not drive on a busy street in the morning with commuters, kids and school buses. They continually ignore the residents and cause traffic so if you’re going to use this school be prepared for residents to add to your stress because they are fed up with this company using the busiest time of day to teach. There is a wide side street and empty parking lot right there.
