Negative experience: DO NOT get your bike serviced here. Terrible Mechanics, my bike has been in their shop twice (each time for a month) for the same problem; that they claim to fix each time. Customer service is non existent, I've called 6 times in one afternoon, as well as leave messages to no avail. All around HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME. The sister locations are NO BETTER. UPDATE: 3/31/23 Got my back bike, they scratched the lid to my left bag & the bike is dirty. They said it was given a wash, but it looks like they just threw dirty water on it and let it air dry.

Fantastic experience: Their customer service was great. Our sales person, Ghost, was very knowable and extremely helpful in helping us make an informed decision on what year Harley we were going to purchase. There was never any time we felt rushed nor pressured. We would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Tampa Harley began back in 2016 when I strolled in wearing a t-shirt and flip flops. I had zero (none at all) intentions of getting a bike but was killing time in between classes. That experience was by far the single best customer service experience I’ve ever had. So much so that I spoke about Tampa Harley in every single job interview I had when asked about customer service. The salesman, who I can’t recall the name of, really impressed upon me the idea that they were there to find the right bike for the person and not the biggest (ie more expensive) bike they could sell. He had me get on one and rocked it side to side to simulate what it’d feel like. While I already had my endorsement for four years at that point, I still wasn’t ready to buy my first bike. Last summer, I finally decided to pull the trigger. I took the course at Brandon HD as a refresher and ended up making a purchase at Brandon HD within a week, opting for a smaller sportster (883). Everyone said I’d be upgrading within a year, but at the time it was the “right” bike for me. This past Monday, I went back to Tampa HD where I’ve bought a few things here and there for the 883 looking for a new seat. I tend to wander about the store since there’s so much to see and ended up running into Ghost. He asked what I was in for (a seat) and showed some of the sportsters with different seat options. I got on a few but none of them really seamed quite right. The last sportster (1200 Superlow) had a pretty nice seat with a good looking bike underneath. It had a few other things that I’d been looking to upgrade on the 883 but it also just felt “right.” I asked the price, but ultimately said “nope. Not here for a bike. Just a seat.” No prob. I went over to parts to see my options, but I wasn’t really sold on any of them. I went home and didn’t really think about it again until Wednesday morning at work. I’ll was curious about the numbers (trading mine in and new loan terms) so I setup an appointment to stop by just to see what my options were. Upon arrival, Ghost met me outside while I was sitting on that comfy 1200. I told him I had an appointment and after he wrapped up with a previous customer, we got to work. That experience was exactly what I’ve come to expect from Harley. The customer leads the conversation. What am I looking for, what kind of numbers am I looking for, etc. Then, like magic, they always seem to make it work. At no point, do I ever feel rushed or scammed or over-sold like pretty much every other auto place does. Tampa Harley is a place you can stop by, be greeted, have zero expectation to buy anything, and not feel guilty about it. You can even grab a coke from the fountain. While I’m gonna miss them being so close when they move to Wesley Chapel, it’ll be nice to see what they can do with even more space. Thank you, Tampa Harley and Ghost for the new bike!!!!!

Fantastic experience: These guys know what true customer service is from start to finish!! Sales rep, Law, made the process so simple and had answers to any questions.
