Negative experience: I would give zero stars if I could!

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 stars I would. The behind the wheel portion of this school has been a nightmare! For the first 3 months we were unable to sign my son up for instruction because someone put him in the computer wrong and they told us we couldn’t register because he was listed as an adult so teenager behind the wheels wouldn’t work. When that was finally fixed and addressed we would go into the system to register him for the behind the wheels and no instruction was available, ever. After another 3 months and many e-mails they got back to us about this and informed us to log in at 7am on the first of the month. I logged in on the first of the month at the time told, and the instructions were gone as fast as they were out. The sight is laggy and by the time you click on a class it’s gone in a matter of minutes. This went on for another 3 months. When I finally got a date registered a year later by clicking blindly on whatever I could, they sent me an email the night before my 7am appointment (at 10PM) telling me they needed another $150 24 hours before my behind the wheel because it had been a year; or my instruction would be cancelled. So here I am warning you to keep your money and to go through your school for behind the wheels because I’m reporting them to the better business bureau right now. My son will be 17 in a few short months and missed out on this experience because of DS.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Excalibur Driving School. They were incredibly flexible in helping my son get his 3rd behind the wheel lesson completed so that he could take his driving test sooner. They really did everything possible to accommodate my son's busy schedule and he found the lessons very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Loved the extremely flexibly classroom options and convenient location. Scheduling the 'behind the wheel' sessions was difficult with our busy schedules, but received great customer service and a call back within 24 hours of any message I left. Great job in a tough, demanding business. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We loved the flexibility of the class schedule! It was great to be able to attend each session as our schedule allowed. The location of the school is terrific as well! There are places for the kids to grab a snack and sit outside in the summer during their breaks. Very convenient and fun! There is also a frozen yogurt shop in the same strip mall where we had fun grabbing a treat together after class. Dave did a great job scheduling our behind-the-wheel lessons. We really appreciated how hard he worked to get all three lessons completed before our scheduled road test. Terrific customer service! We are planning to send our two younger kids to Excalibur as well. Great experience!

Fantastic experience: Dave was very efficient at returning my calls when trying to schedule behind the wheel appointments. Calls were always returned same day, often within an hour. I’ve sent two kids thru them and will send my third as well.

Fantastic experience: The flexibility of their classes is great. Especially for students who are active in several high school sports and activities as well as club sports or a job. The classroom instruction was also well done according to my teen driver. She learned a lot that she was able to take to the road with her while driving herself and while we were driving her around. While you are only able to schedule one behind the wheel at a time, this is not unusual for Driving Schools. We experienced the same thing with my son at a different driving school. You just need to PLAN AHEAD!!! The behind the wheel instruction was additionally excellent. My daughter looked forward to it each time and learned so many little tips and got great advice. Thank you Dave and staff for a great learning experience! Much appreciated!

Negative experience: Classroom was great and flexible! Now onto trying to schedule the driving portion. 5 weeks later is the EARLIEST opening in their schedule - we opted to wait 45 days for the first available Saturday. You can ONLY schedule ONE drive of the three required at a time. When you call the number to schedule the drive, the message requests you NOT to call again unless it has been longer than 48 hours. Over 60 hours later, after another message left, I could finally schedule the drive. I am to expect this the next TWO times I try to schedule a driving portion for my daughter.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. I called their office 4 times and I always get the voice message recording, they never return my call.

Negative experience: The customer service is terrible. This must be a part-time business for these people as it is impossible to actually talk to anybody that works there. Scheduling the behind the wheel sessions is really difficult when you can't actually talk to someone and they won't call back for hours and hours and hours and now days. The only good thing about Excalibur is the location of the classroom. Won't schedule parent driving classes. Frustrating after spending a fortune for my child to be a student.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible coordinator. After trying to get a specific date for a class for weeks while it was empty, she tells me it's full right before I was supposed to take it. Don't go here if you want to get anything done by schedule. Awful service.
