Negative experience: I was excited to take lessons with daisy because I heard good things about her in these reviews, and she seemed nice, so I set up lessons. The day of the lesson a car pulls up and what do you know, it’s not Daisy inside. It’s some random instructor that I did not know, nor did I ask for! I SPECIFICALLY wanted daisy and TOLD her this, she knew this. Daisy didn’t even bother to call me let alone text me to let me know! So I told him to go home and I called Daisy, twice, not once did she pick up. Next day, I called her twice again, she didn’t pickup. I texted her, no response. Finally she calls me and tells me some BS excuse as to why she couldn’t come. Girl what?? I told her that’s the dumbest excuse because we never had a miscommunication, I communicated everything loud and clear to her. Then I started telling her how disappointed I was and how unprofessional she is and what does she do? SHE HANGS UP ON ME. Are you kidding? The second a customer actually voices their disappointment you run away and can’t even take it?? So I called her back again, twice, and obviously no response. As if she wasn’t just on her phone a second before. I’m extremely disappointed with this driving school. DO NOT USE DAISY AND DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL. Beyond beyond unprofessional. Reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Bally’s Auto School for anyone looking to learn how to drive! I took 10 individual lessons with Jose, as well as his 5-hour driving class, and I passed my road test on the first try. His teaching style is funny and engaging—he knows how to make lessons both informative and fun with his great sense of humor. One of the best things was the convenience—he offers door-to-door service, making scheduling lessons super easy. The individual lessons allowed me to focus on what I needed to improve, and he gave great tips that made me feel confident behind the wheel. If you’re looking for a skilled and supportive driving instructor, look no further!
