Teaching a young teen to drive is one of the most important decisions you will make. Their safety must be the top priority in choosing where they will take their driving class, who will be the one giving them driving lessons and what driving school you choose for their instruction.

MasterDrive Of Fort Collins has been helping teens learn how to drive for many years. We take our job very personally and provide the best opportunity for your teenager to become a safe driver. We do this in several ways:

Street Prep Lessons provide training in car control, precision, how to brake in crisis situations and the dynamics of their car.
Driving Camp allows your child to learn by doing. Serves Loveland, Windsor and Greeley.

Fantastic experience: I've had 2 teenagers complete the online classes and do driving tests. Classes are easy to access and track progress. Driving instructors help build confidence by meeting students where they're at. My kids had a lot of experience but others had basically none. It was fun to see how good they all felt at the end.

Negative experience: Two stars are for the locations they expect you to find. A storage unit off mulberry frontage road! The Loveland "office" is even harder to find especially at night. Good thing I was early as I drove around a fair bit and then saw the master drive car. No where for a parent to wait....no where to use the bathroom. For $100 for the drivers license test I would expect at minimum a waiting area and a restroom. As for the teachers and coaches, they have been 5 stars plus.

Hi Beth! We think our coaches are pretty great too! We appreciate your kind words there. As for the locations, we are in the process of getting signage up at our new offices. We do send confirmation and reminders with detailed maps to all of our locations; each map does state explicitly that there isn't a place for parents to wait. Working with your student has been a pleasure and we appreciate you choosing our organization to train your new driver!

Fantastic experience: Love this school. They take them from first permit test through all driving instruction, testing, and final driving test to get their driving license. I highly recommend this program. They teach our young drivers how to stay alive out there.

Positive experience: Update: The school contacted me to get lessons scheduled much sooner than two months out. I'm still not thrilled with the initial long waits to schedule lessons, but at least they tried to make it better.
