Zeta Driving School - CDL

Fantastic experience: All the instructors were great and you are able to learn different things from each one of them! Mary was a great instructor on the road and worked with me to make sure i had all the information i needed to be successful out on the road! I appreciate Zeta driving school so much.

Fantastic experience: Hey, I want to appreciate some instructors at the school. Stan’s, Miguel, Mary big Mike, Romeo and to my examiner for today Chris if that is right. I failed my previous 2 exams and that was my fault because I get nervous but today they told me to calm down get deep breath and I did exactly and passed successfully. Sam and Ashley were very supportive their relations with me was 1st class. Zeta is the best school in KCMO if you want to get the best training go to zeta CDL school. God bless all the instructors for their patience and encouragement shown to me. If there was Ten stars I will give you!!

Fantastic experience: What an experience! Thanks to Miguel, Chris, Romel, specifically but all the instructors were very patient and very helpful and they had to be with me they will know what I am talking about . I recommend this school to anyone that is interested in getting their CDL A. I made it and it came down to the wire but with these guys helping it was a breeze after it just clicks in your head and it will. It wasn’t easy by a long shot. Samantha in the office probably is glad I passed too because she is happy not having to answer all my messages she is great. I am 62 years old and old but I got it done. Thanks you guys.

Fantastic experience: The best commercial driving school i want to thank every instructor that works there they all nice and helpful and very friendly and they will teach you right and they will make sure you understand everything and will walk out with your cdl.

If going to get your CDL definitely go to the school. I highly recommended 10 out of 10. Thank you all for the hard work love you guys❤️

Negative experience: Won't pick calls

Fantastic experience: I just finished at Zeta and I am completely satisfied. The instructors make you feel at ease and helped me learn what was necessary to pass the Road and Range exam. They offer 3rd Party Examiners so you test right at the school. You work at your own pace, it is possible to stay at your job while you train. I wouldn't recommend it, I personally took the entire month off to focus on the course. I managed to pass all 3 exams in the first attempt. You are given up to 3 attempts to pass each section. I noticed that the people that took the course seriously almost always passed on the first attempt.

Fantastic experience: The instructors are great, they’ll make you feel like you’ve been driving for years. All the instructors are great, especially Miguel, Mrs.Jackie and Ashley. They’re tips and advice, helped me pass. Shoutout to Zack (State Tester), who made me comfortable during my test and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: I recommend Zeta CDL school to anyone looking to get their CDL license. I was really nervous when I started because I never drove a big rig before. But the instructors at Zeta were very patient and took their time teaching me the basics. Before we even got behind the wheel of a real truck they had us practice in the simulators. This helped me gain confidence handling a rig before going on the road. The curriculum covered everything I needed to know. The instructors taught me how to drive safely and how to pass the test to get my CDL. Now thanks to Zeta's great training, I feel ready to start a new career driving trucks. I recommend this school to anyone wanting to drive professionally.

Fantastic experience: This school has moved CDL training into a new age with their simulators. You get real life experiences of driving a semi while training. The staff is friendly and really knowledgeable. All of the instructors have real life experience driving and pass their life lessons on to the students.

Negative experience: Paid for my CDL class A Manual, then once I began on the road training they said I was signed up for automatic. Told them that a mistake must’ve been made because I specifically asked for manual CDL training. After talking to James he said it would cost me an extra $1,350. I said that’s not right, because I had specifically requested manual, and asked for a refund. He said he would only do %50 refund because I’d done the online schooling part, even though I had been mistakenly signed up for the wrong course.I tried to explain to James that I would’ve never enrolled, paid, or done the online portion if I’d had known it was going to cost me EVEN MORE MONEY to get manual training, and he still refused to hear it.After hours on the phone I spoke with Connie who I’d originally spoken to during enrollment and she confirmed to me that a mistake had been made by someone on the zeta staff during the registration. I once again contacted James who was incredibly rude and unhelpful during this whole process, and was told I needed “proof”. I cannot believe I paid OVER $5000 and even after the Connie at zeta admitted they made a mistake, James refuses to acknowledge that his company made a mistake, and refund me the full amount. I genuinely feel I have been SCAMMED and I warn you to BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Fantastic experience: The instructors are amazing! They helped me with my backing, driving and got me ready for my CDL test. They really cared to make sure I was ready. Monica was an awesome instructor to work with she was always patient and kind from day one she stuck with me until I graduated huge!!!!!! Thanks to her. Fantastic experience: Miss Monica. G ,the instructor at Zeta driving school independence MO outpost was very effective when it came to communicating and informing her students about truck driving. As a student you can be more engaged when you're in a comfortable and confident state of mind. When it comes to bringing a student driver to level Monica. G is the Zeta instructor for the job. I appreciate the Zeta driving school and instructor Monica. G for helping me gain another set of skills that I can use out in the world of commerce.
