Negative experience: I took the week long course expecting to receive training for driving. I got 4 days of going over the pretrip spread out across 2 months and maybe 1 hour to practice driving the truck. My test was then canceled due to snow. I asked for a partial refund of $2000 but was denied after paying $3200. Do not use this "business" for more than renting the truck. Anything else is a scam at best and a waste of time for anything else.

Fantastic experience: They explained everything very well. English is my second language and I sometimes struggle understanding things so If I could understand and learn what they were teaching me anyone can. Shawn explains everything very well and as long as you pay attention you will get it. I had no prior knowledge but Shawn did a good job explaining i was able to pass my test.
