Heavy D Driving School

Fantastic experience: We were very happy with Heavy D across the board but specifically with Craig, the instructor that we had all 3 drives with! Craig was amazing with my son. He not only was very communicative with me, but he made my son feel comfortable and at ease. He was flexible and accommodating when he didn't have to be regarding meeting spots, etc. Craig gave my son several tips and tricks that is he is continuing to remember and talk about. Craig is great with kids and is a gift to anyone that gets to have him as an instructor!

Fantastic experience: My son recently completed the online driver’s license course and behind-the-wheel training with Heavy D Driving School, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Eric was incredibly responsive to all my emails and questions, which made the process smooth and reassuring. The behind-the-wheel instructors were professional, kind, and compassionate. They helped my son feel comfortable in what can be a very stressful environment. After each session, we received helpful feedback and tips on areas to continue working on. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about helping new drivers succeed—not just checking off required hours. We plan to use Heavy D Driving School again and will definitely recommend them to others!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this driving school! As a single mom, I was really struggling to find a school that could fit my daughter in on short notice, I had no idea how quickly they fill up. But Eric and Brandon were amazing. Brandon worked with our short timeline and even handled pick-up and drop-off, which was such a huge help. My daughter was initially nervous about driving with a male instructor, but Brandon’s kind demeanor and teaching style put her at ease almost immediately. She came home after each lesson more confident and kept telling me about things like “SMOG” and “cover and check” clearly, she was actually learning and retaining important skills. If you're looking for a professional, compassionate, and truly student-focused driving instructor, this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: My daughter just completed her 3 sessions of behind-the-wheel with Brandon. He is fantastic! She said he's so nice and easy to talk to. He explains things well, so she caught on quickly and gained so much confidence. I would highly recommend him as an instructor.
