Phil's Driving School

Negative experience: I enrolled my daughter in the program well over a year ago. When I initially talked to the lady on the phone who claims to be the owner, she quoted me one price. When I showed up next day to pay in full, she gave me another price that was higher than the original. So it did not start off good.. My daughter struggled with the initial start up never got past the initial app. She never used the course never got into the classroom. Never did any of it.to be fair. She probably was not trying like she should've been I talked to the lady at Phil's a few times she offered to give me a refund initially, probably about three months ago, my daughter still struggle with the program like I said never even got past the initial start up are used any of their services when I asked for a refund again she refused to refund my money and charge me for a service that we have not used. So They said there was no problem with their program. and they kept the money said I signed the contract and that was it.

Fantastic experience: My brother and I both went with Phil's driving school when we got our licenses a while back. Phil and Sharon both did an amazing job! I highly recommend them and their driving school for getting your license!

Negative experience: We switched to a different driving school halfway through because it was next to impossible to schedule lessons. You can only schedule one lesson at a time over the phone. The owner stands in front of the school smoking. The receptionist, if you can actually get someone to answer the phone, is unfriendly and makes you feel like you are an unwelcome customer. If we would not have switched my son would have had to reschedule his driving test due to lack of availability of appointments for driving lessons. Instead, he was able to get all lessons in and passed on his first try!

Fantastic experience: Took a few months of lessons. The driving instructor was very patient and helpful. Had a great experience. Also lessons were affordable. Thank you!

Negative experience: It was the best until Beth left, she was so helpful and I learned a lot. I will not recommend Phil’s driving school. P.S. GO TO JUST DRIVE BETH IS THERE!!!

Fantastic experience: Personally I have no need to use Phil’s nor have I known any one that has used this course being that I’m not from here. But that being said I just wanted to give y’all a huge pat on the back. On my way home today there was one of the driving cars. I usually see them on my road but this time the kid was learning how to parallel park. This was mind blowing to me. I know fully grown adults that I have had to park their car for them because they don’t know how. Applause to you for teaching a fully rounded driving course!

Fantastic experience: When my husband decided to (finally) get his license he went to Phil's. (He grew up in a metropolitan area out of state and never really needed a license there, but here it's a bit more of a necessity.) He was nervous, and with it being more than 16 years since I took my driver's test it seemed like a good idea to have him take some private lessons. His instructor at Phil's was amazing, extremely patient and very helpful. And very affordable, too!! Plus, while he was at his lesson I was able to go to the restaurant next door and get some work done and then we'd eat dinner after his lesson--date night and driver's ed all in one! If they're this amazing with a hesitant adult in their 30s, I can only imagine how great they are with kids who are actually eager to get their license! (PS, my husband passed his test on the first try--only lost 1 point!!!)

Fantastic experience: I want to say a big thank-you to Phil, Sharon, and all the instructors for helping me become a safer and more responsible driver! It is obvious Phil has a passion for driving and makes me feel confident every time I get behind the wheel. I wouldn't have chosen any other driving school!

Fantastic experience: Beth is always so calm and helpful, giving me tips that I use everyday and I think I am a very safe driver because of that. Always looking forward to a driving lesson with this company!

Fantastic experience: Phil is absolutely excellent... he is patient and kind and a very great instructor. As well as his prices for adult lessons are the lowest in Green Bay. I passed my test on the first try with only 8 points docked. Thanks you Phil and Sharon for all you do to put people on the road :) Excellent people :)
