Like all businesses we experience periods of high call volumes and we are forced to put callers into a queue, it sounds like that's what happened to you. Unfortunately, no company is able to have enough staff to pick up every phone call directly off the ring, especially when there are unexpected staff outages due to illness or family emergencies, but we do answer every call as quickly as possible and respond to every message. We pride ourselves on top notch customer service, if you’re able to stay on the line until one of our CSR’s can attend to your issue we will always get your problem resolved.
