NTSI offers a variety of California DUI classes near you designed for violators with a first or multiple driving offenses related to alcohol or other drugs. These educational DUI programs are 12 hours to 18 months in length, depending on individual requirements.
The Drug and Alcohol classes offer an intensive, individualized analytical and educational examination of the dangers and problems (both personal and social) of impaired driving. Addiction, the disease concept of alcoholism, family history of alcoholism, and denial are among the topics covered in the program.

Negative experience: It's completely impossible to get ahold of anyone, dosent make a difference of the day pr time you call them you just get stuck on hold. Isn't this a government ran facility?

Our average hold time is less than a minute, and we handle customer's issues in an average of under 3 minutes. Hi JJ, we're sorry to hear you had an issue getting through to us. Like all businesses we experience periods of high call volumes and we are forced to put callers into a queue, it sounds like that's what happened to you. Unfortunately, no company is able to have enough staff to pick up every phone call directly off the ring, especially when there are unexpected staff outages due to illness or family emergencies, but we do answer every call as quickly as possible and respond to every message. We pride ourselves on top notch customer service, if you’re able to stay on the line until one of our CSR’s can attend to your issue we will always get your problem resolved.
Fantastic experience: Very affordable and easy to follow. The only issue I am having is someone picking up the phone. I have been trying to make my final payment for over 2 weeks now. I called multiple time and left a voicemail and no answer or call back. I need to pay so I can have my documents sent over to DMV please.

Negative experience: The 2 instructors that we dealt with are inconsiderate, power-tripping, impatient, and over all very rude. You'd think these teachers would want to make a positive difference in these people's lives, but they instead spread THEIR bad mood onto their students.

We regularly monitor our classes and ask students for feedback on the content and the instructors. Any instructor that was any of the things you mentioned would be quickly identified and terminated. The instructors you worked with are excellent and our feedback and monitoring prove it. Our instructors as a group are professional, and are committed to NTSI's mission of saving lives and making the roads safer for all drivers. Again, how you feel about your experience on that particular day is valid for you, but our investigation and conversations with other students in your class, in response to your review, do not coincide with your opinion. Negative experience: I called today to request more information and the woman whom had answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful . She was giving me atitutde before i even spoke to her and was just nasty . & ......The response is clearly either from her or a close colleague smh .
NTSI takes customer service seriously and investigates all complaints. In this case our review found that Ms. Anderson's complaint is not credible — Ms. Anderson was verbally abusive towards a long time NTSI employee (20 years and NO COMPLAINTS) without being provoked. Ms. Anderson's claims about our employee are untrue, and anyone who deals with NTSI will see our dedication to our clients.

Fantastic experience: EDIT Within a couple hours of posting the ORIGINAL REVIEW I got a call from Rodney. I am very pleased with the level of customer service shown. He apologized sincerely and explained the current situation. The COVID pandemic has forced companies to try new ideas and techniques to stay in business. Unfortunately, I got lost in the shuffle of adjusting to this change. I'd like to mention that NTSI may be one of the few companies offering a DUI course right now. This means they are impacted with all of the DUI cases happening in the Bay Area. I am very thankful for the call and clarification. ORIGINAL REVIEW Could be COVID related, but I was given no notifications or updates about classes until I reached out, and even then I didn't get a reply to my emails until I called in. I was told (with some attitude) that EVERYONE who signed up for orientatuon got an email about classes being held over Zoom. I didn't. And I signed up. I have a receipt. And tbh, I don't really care as long as I get into a class at some point, some how. Finally I got the email that classes start on Wednesday evenings. Yay! When did they send the email? 2PM on Wednesday. So they expect their students to wait on hold for months, but when classes start they cannot provide more than 4 hours notice? So I'm hoping I didn't miss the first class but I don't know. I emailed a request for clarification and have not received a response yet. Which in my experiemce so far is typical. I will call in tomorrow if I don't receive a response. I have nothing negative to say about anyone I have spoken with, nor any service they provide (since I haven't received any service yet). This rating is because I feel out of the loop, there is no communication, and I am astounded they did not provide more than half a days notice for the start of classes (if that is so the case). And if classes haven't started, a simple email reply would put your customer at ease. Like I said at the begining, this could be COVID related. Things are crazy right now. It is what it is. I am happy to ammend my rating, as my concerns are addressed.

Negative experience: This building is in a real bad condition,the whole building smells restrooms are real duty,for all the money they charge it should be a lot better,condition.
NTSI is not the owner of the building and is working closely with the landlord to improve all aspects of our building.
Positive experience: Compare to other places this one is more affordable and the person who runs it is very understanding if payments can't be made. The instructors are good. Parking does suck but you can park across. The group instructor that i had she wasn't very consistent most of the time it was another instructor teaching the class.. The place is very old and run down but honestly your just there to get your *ish together and over. It was an experience for me for sure and i dont have any plans on returning. ..
