ABC Defensive Driving

Fantastic experience: I recently attended a defensive driving course, and overall, it was a good experience. The instructor was professional, and the class was easy to follow and complete. It was helpful as a refresher, and I did take away some important tips about staying aware on the road and avoiding bad driving habits. However, I think the course could be improved in a few key areas. There was a lot of emphasis on statistics — like how many crashes happen per year, or how many people text and drive — which, while important, started to feel repetitive. I would have preferred more time spent on actual rules of the road, like proper lane usage, yielding in different scenarios, 4-way stop rules, and how to navigate more complex intersections. Those are things drivers face every day, and it would have been more useful to go in-depth on those. The course did a good job of stressing awareness and responsibility, which I appreciate, but I left feeling like it missed an opportunity to teach or reinforce practical, rule-based knowledge that would help both newer and experienced drivers. Still, I’d recommend the class — especially for those needing to dismiss a ticket or lower their insurance. Just keep in mind that it’s more about safe driving attitudes than a full refresher on traffic laws.

Fantastic experience: Conveniently took care of my speeding ticket in a single night of class, with no points against my license or insurance premium increase. No traffic court! Friendly and thorough, knowledgeable about traffic law. All great info to know.

Fantastic experience: Had a hard time focusing with the online class that have quizzes so I came for the person class to get my ticket over with. Quick and easy 4hrs and done. We get a break halfway in and there is no test! Was actually useful with driving laws I didn't even know. You can pay prior or in person and you get a certificate of completion after the 4 hours and they process the ticket for you. Plenty of parking, easy to find, clean, and friendly teacher.

Fantastic experience: This is a great Defensive drive class I would recommend to take. The lady is very nice and welcoming and she gives you breaks and ends class a little bit early. She goes through each slip to demonstrate and help people realize the causes and effect all our problems can have on other people. She's very unbiased and non judgmental as well. She answers questions very thoroughly and gives suggestion what you should do in situations. This is way better than taking any other online course.

She was so pleasant, transparent, and knowledgeable about driving/laws/tips & tricks, etc. I loved the class discussions and feel much more confident and educated on traffic laws. It is also worth mentioning how simple and easy the entire process was, from registering/paying, attending class, and getting the ticket entirely dismissed. I recently took their course and was pleased with the curriculum and experience overall. They have found a good balance of making the classes fun but also informative. The class had excellent slides and the content that were very helpful. My instructor Julie was very friendly, informative, and honest. If you are looking to become more knowledgeable about traffic laws, driving techniques, and want your tickets dismissed, this is the place to go!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional behavior by a rather large male employee, who throws pens when having a fit.
