Negative experience: The receptionist needs to be replaced! If you're hiring people to answer the phone, at least ensure they understand what evening classes are. I shouldn’t have to hear someone pause in confusion or ask for clarification on such a straightforward question. It’s a very simple inquiry that deserves a clear and simple answer.
