Just Drive

Negative experience: The website hardly ever loads because it’s overwhelmed with students trying to access it. Emailed the headquarters about still didn’t receive a response. Emailed the local “Just Drive” and get short responses with no expansion and very unprofessional replies. Filing with the BBB to get my money back and contacting my state representative and the Governor directly to see that this is changed.

Negative experience: First of all, the behind the wheel schedule is completely unorganized and stressful. i did manage to get an appointment, but the driving instructor never showed up and we waited 20 minutes. at this point we have reached out probably 10 times, called and texted and got no response. the drivers ed and btw were not cheap, and i am very angry with this company. save your money this company needs to figure themselves out

Fantastic experience: Jason accommodated my daughter when another driving course was neglecting to fulfill the necessary hours. I will absolutely use the Just Drive in Germantown again.

Negative experience: Payed for behind the wheel Oct.3 have only gotten one lesson! Phone calls and texts are rarely answered usually you get new response!!! Don't use them find another driving service.

Fantastic experience: This was an amazing experience for my daughter during her driving experience. Jason was efficient, professional and was able to make the schedules work as best as feasible. Thank you for helping safer drivers in our community.

Negative experience: Definitely do not recommend this company/location (Menomonee Falls) for Just Drive. Very limited on days that BTW is conducted, you can only register one day a month for the next month and the system errors are ridiculous. Staff/Owner is unorganized and unprofessional, accepts clients even though they can't accommodate them.

Fantastic experience: Just Drive did an excellent job teaching my son to drive. The website was tricky to schedule appointments, but Jason was awesome with accommodating our busy schedule. A simple text to him was all it took!! My son learned valuable skills and is a proficient driver due to the experience he gained from Just Drive!

Fantastic experience: gave helpful advice and instructions, learned and improved with every lesson.

Negative experience: This is horrible. I wish I would have read the reviews before signing my son up. I continuously tried signing my son up for behind the wheel and the site crashed, several errors then he got a chance but no button to confirm it, then it was gone. Within 4 minutes all the slots were taken. This is ridiculous.

Negative experience: Very frustrating when it's time to sign up for the behind-the -wheel appointments. Cannot get a spot and only have one chance a month to sign up. There are so many people trying to get an appointment at the same time that the website can't handle it. Owner needs more help and a better system to sign up for behind -the-wheel

Negative experience: Do not use this company! It is impossible to schedule BTW appointments. The website just spins and spins and if you manage to actually load the schedule and select an appointment, you aren’t guaranteed you get it. Because the website will spin and spin AGAIN after submitting your information and the appointment is never confirmed. I wish I would have read the reviews before signing up with this company. The owner even warned me this would happen when I called to verify how scheduling worked. If a problem is that bad, why is it not fixed? They clearly over book and under staff. This company is an absolute joke!!

Negative experience: Use another company if you can! Scheduling behind the wheel with this company is horribly stressful. Registration is at 7:00 am on the 20th of every month and every month there are issues with the site - constant errors come up for about 10 minutes! You are lucky to get an appt scheduled! The online classroom section was ok but several times it jammed while scoring my daughters quiz and she had to do the lesson twice. When I contacted Just Drive in Germantown they were not able to help me.

Negative experience: I have tried for 2 months to sign up my child for the "Behind the Wheel" part of this driving school. You can only sign up on the 20th of the month and spaces are very limited so unless you beat the other parents for signing up, you have to wait an entire month to try your luck again. They obviously need to hire more instructors to meet the needs of their customers. I would recommend that you choose another driving school.

Negative experience: Do NOT use this driving school. Driving times are unavailable within a minute or two of the new calendar being released. They obviously have more students than they can handle in a timely fashion. The website constantly crashes. They are unorganized and unprofessional and the website is mediocre at best. I strongly encourage anyone learning to drive to use a different driving school than Just Drive or it will take you considerably longer to complete your behind the wheel hours than it would with another company.

Negative experience: the website just isnt working correctly. i’ve been sitting here for a half hour now waiting for it to load and there arent even any spots left for me to get a different one. i am not even 100% sure i got this one but the website just isn’t good. behind the wheel was full at 7:15 no later which means they dont have enough drivers and they have too many students. if anyone has any tips to signing up and actually getting a spot please respond or reach out because this is ridiculous

Negative experience: Never showed up on time and sometimes never even showed up. I do not recommend Just Drive

Positive experience: They hire unlicensed instructors. What in the hell is up with that?? And the best part is that one of the instructors was all LIQUORED up with students in a driver education vehicle!!!

Negative experience: I’m going to be 17 when I get my license. I started 15 days after I turned 16. The website never works, quizzes won’t turn in, and I had to do the final exam 4 times because the website crashed. They don’t have enough drivers for all the students because one got drunk and ran over my principal. Do not use this website.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with just drive. Ann in the office was always friendly and willing to help me with scheduling behind the wheels. Karen, my behind the wheel instructor, was the best. She was always so patient even when I screwed up. Wouldn’t have gotten my licenses without just drive!

Negative experience: website never works. never received my certificate of completion even though i passed the finial quiz. i would've had my licence literally months ago if it weren't for this program.

Negative experience: Just in time has horrible communication and follow-up. Do not respond to e-mail or phone calls cancel drive sessions and do not reschedule. You are held hostage to reschedule and delay the process of education

Fantastic experience: My son has had a wonderful experience with Just Drive. They have been helpful and accommodating everytime we've needed help. From the classroom to behind the wheel schedules they have always bent over backward to help. Thank you!
