Positive experience: Great instructors. Very nice and friendly. The administrative side is super slow. They even have an hard time printing documents and forms. They also lost paperwork. Only reason I gave them a low rating.

Fantastic experience: Very positive experience. Competitive price, there was a wait of course but less than many others AND -- they gave us a good estimate of when we would be next for scheduling, and nailed it. The online scheduling system was great, and we had a good experience with scheduling and making some adjustments. Thank you for a great experience!

Negative experience: this was a very bad experience

First Drive Driving School LLC - Hilliard

Dear Google (and reader),

This "reviewer" is verifiably an employee of one of our closest competitors, was at the time this review was posted, and we can provide evidence. (Or you can see for yourself by looking her up on popular social media.) This person has never been a customer of our business. This fake review was posted at the same time as two others that were very similar, we believe from the same source but under fake names, that Google has since removed. We're not sure why this one, who can be verified, remains.

We do not wish to draw negative attention to the competitor as they are also under new (and better, much more ethical) ownership, but we would appreciate having this fake review removed.
