Fantastic experience: Mr. B is very nice. He can seem rude if you haven’t talked to him before, but he’s actually very nice when you get to talk to him and go driving.

Negative experience: Just called to ask about my son attending one of their driving courses and the receptionist was not very polite. Sounded like she had an attitude with me asking questions and kept stating I could find it online on the website. No thanks my son will not be attending there.

Hi Momma Mia! I apologize about any miscommunication. I'm not sure what transpired, but I'd love the chance to see what help you needed. A lot of our info is on the web site and we do encourage parents to check that out or reference. Again, I apologize for any misunderstanding or miscommunication. There is so much info to drivers ed and I understand it can get frustrating.

Negative experience: Awful customer service. Completely inflexible and inhospitable to those with alternative scheduling needs. No access to anyone else to discuss options for my daughter.
