I highly recommend this driving school if you are looking for BTW for adults. Update!! Thanks to Andre, I was able to pass my road test on the first try! It was worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: I love driving with this school so far! I love driving with John. He’s a very very great teacher & very patient! So far I’ve had 6-7 lessons from them I plan on continuing my lessons with this school! I’d give this school a 10 out of 10! Definitely recommended

Fantastic experience: I made a good choice in picking D & E Driving School to prepare for my road test. They were very helpful every step of the way and if you think that you need more extra lessons before taking your test, they are there to guide you. I also passed on my first try.

Negative experience: Just was behind one if your vehicles and if the driver was a student the instructor didn't tell him to keep his eyes on the road. If it wasn't a student the driver was more interested in talking to the person beside him than the road. This was on gramsie road in shoreview

Fantastic experience: Jon was my instructor. When I say Jon is one of the best instructor in the state of Minnesota I mean it. Jon is patient, caring, and intelligent. He essentially puts you in a test like environment and gives you all the tips you need to pass! He works through everything with you. If you want to pass your exam and do it confidently, Jon is your go to guy!

Negative experience: So my instructor never came.

Fantastic experience: This driving school made my 3rd time a charm. The have the best instructors to really help you out. This is definitely the place to learn driving.

Fantastic experience: My daughter failed first road test in St. Cloud and followed up with D and E with two hours of instruction followed by the road test at Arden Hills. The instructor John was an incredible person, treated my daughter so well, very informative, answered all the questions while being extremely patient. She passed the test and could not thank John enough.

Fantastic experience: I have had all of my kids go to D&E Driving school and had only positive experiences with them. Their instructors are very good and the flexibility of taking the classes was wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My experience was so incredibly positive with D&E driving. . I did have trouble with the online scheduling system, but when I called the office I was able to get something scheduled within the next week. I scheduled a 2-hour lesson and road test. My instructor, John, was wonderful! John was able to pick me up from work and drop me back off, which was so helpful. He was so friendly, funny, and taught me to look for certain visual cues that really helped with learning how to park. I also was grateful that I was able to use D&E's car for the road test, otherwise I don't know when I would have been able to test. I passed my road test on the first try and am so grateful for the services D&E provides. I recommend them to anyone who needs help passing their road test!

Fantastic experience: I failed the road test 4 times and took 6 hour BTW training with D & E. It was $300, which was cheaper than other places I looked at. I had a very pleasant experience with John and Mike I practiced with. Here are some of the things I liked and didn't like about the lessons;-They explained how the point system works in the driving test; when the instructors take points off and how to avoid those mistakes; what parts of the test are ok to sacrifice (e.g. parking is only 4 points each), and what parts are more critical (e.g. turning into the correct lanes). Thanks to this, I was able to ignore my mistakes in parking at the beginning of the test, and focused on more important part of the test. -They were very friendly, and told me what's wrong right away and helped me to work on my weakness -They let me practice on freeways, but they always made sure to ask me before taking me to one -They customised to my needs; I really loved the last lesson with Mike, when he let me drive on freeways to Anoka, and took me around to drive on the test route. I passed the test at Anoka that afternoon -Payment methods were flexible -They came to pick me up at my place-You can't use your own car. You need to use their vehicle for all the practices including parking. I have SUV, so I felt a bit uncomfortable in their mini car -We practiced the parallel parking a lot, but didn't practice 90 degree back parking at all (just once without the poll). I totally messed that part during the test. I understand that parkings are only 8 pints total hense not the priority, but I wish we did a bit more practice.

Negative experience: Multiple subjects were skipped over in classes and weren't explained well. The receptionist was very rude while scheduling behind the wheel appointments.
