Fantastic experience: I just passed my road test . This school is amazing , the instructor is so professional and patient at the same time .

Fantastic experience: Good driving school made sure I got every lesson done and practiced all the maneuvers needed with them to pass the test each time and ended up getting my license in less than a month very thankful to Greg and Lawrence

Negative experience: So disappointed..my daughter has two lessons. Everything was fine. The instructor was a bit “attitude-y” but whatever. We gave him the benefit of the doubt. If that was the ONLY issue we would have over looked it and still given them at least 4 stars. The real issue isn’t even with the instructor. It was the receptionist. My daughter had an appointment tomorrow at 2:30. She confirmed multiple times and the receptionist confirmed with her—Tuesday at 2:30. For some reason the instructor calls today (Monday) wondering why she didn’t show up. Umm that’s because her appointment was not today—it’s tomorrow. Instead of providing good customer service or even decent customer service and rebooking her appointment, the receptionist guy starts scold my daughter for missing the appointment. I kept trying to move past the issue and re-schedule the appointment. He literally said he couldn’t let it go and continued scolding her for something she didn’t do. At one point he said that the instructor was willing to by-pass the missed-appointment fee. But by the end of the conversation, he said that the “instructor” said that she is “not a good fit” and he terminated services. Wow. Really? Unbelievable. Unprofessional. Will not ever return (unless maybe they hire a new receptionist). I know this company had high overall stars and I hate to be the one to bring it down a notch but there is something to be said about professionalism and good customer service. Both are necessary to have a successful business. I hope they are able to turn it around in the future. ~Peace and God bless

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough about A-L&L. I passed my test in Watertown and came to the school as a nervous driver. It's hard to find a driving school around this area so I am so so glad I was recommended A-L&L. Greg was my primary instructor but I also had a few lessons with Lawrence. Both are very patient and kind, but honest and direct in a positive way - exactly what you need from your instructor. Communication with the office was always easy and pleasant. Thank you all so much!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I was afforded the privilege to drive with Lawrence who was also our sponsor. Lawrence was very professional and throughout our experience driving with him, he never made us feel out of place.... infact, he helped us to develop a high level of confidence around the wheel. My wife and myself was very successful on our first road test. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience using A-L&L Driving Academy. My instructor Greg was wonderful: very professional with a teaching style that made me feel very prepared for the road test. The academy is also easy to get a hold of and quick to get back to when it comes to scheduling lessons. I would recommend them to anyone either just starting out or who needs a refresher.

Fantastic experience: My instructor Greg was amazing. He was very patient with me and adjusted his teaching style as I went through lessons with him to get prepared for my exam. He was able to ease my nerves as we prepared for thee test and ultimately was a major factor in why I passed my test. I would recommend any person to learn from Greg if they are looking for an instructor.

Negative experience: The manager/owner is rude, creepy and unprofessional. He made my teen daughter feel so uncomfortable. If I could get a refund I would. Don’t use this driving school it’s one of the worst in Boston.

Fantastic experience: A-L and L was such an amazing driving school! After going to two different driving schools and still struggled with driving, I researched and found A-L and L which helped me so much and boosted my confidence whenever I drove. The instructors were amazing!! I definitely recommend this school 100%.

Fantastic experience: I got my license in one go with this school. An, A L&L has a very experienced instructor, and they follow all covid safety majors. The big plus is that they provide you with pick-up and drop-off at your home, saving a lot of travel time and money. They are very friendly, responsive and keep you informed about everything. They also offer good driving lesson packages—the best school to learn driving.

Fantastic experience: A L&L Driving Academy is the best. The instructors are professionals especially my instructor today he’s the best. He knows how to communicate with students, he’s nice. He guide me from start to finish and I pass with flying color with the road test exams and I thank God it’s well with me.

Fantastic experience: The instructors here are great . I’ve had lessons with both Greg & Lawrence both great . Greg comes off a little bit mean to some .. at first to me as a beginner I thought he was mean but him being strict that way helped me a lot as well as Lawrence overall they Were both very helpful and patient . As a result I passed my road test this morning super excited! Definitely recommend going here for lessons
