Negative experience: This driving school is very inconsiderate of their customers. My son made an appointment and I took off of work to drive an hour to take the test. My son and I waited outside for 20 minutes and they came out and said, we’re not testing anymore today. No apology or anything! They are also being audited by the state. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!!

Bell County School of Defensive Driving

All driving schools get audited by the state of Texas annually. The person who left this review cussed out staff, did not have an appointment, and left before we could explain why we could not test at that time.

Fantastic experience: Janice was extremely nice, she made my son feel comfortable, relaxed and was able to get us in for a same day road test. She made his birthday wish come true (to have his license the day he turned 16- mom fail- scheduled appt incorrectly at dmv) but Janice to the rescue! I'd recommend this place to everyone! You use their vehicles for the road test so you don't even have to worry about having a vehicle to drive!

Negative experience: No doubt they are racist. From the phone call to coming over. Never seen a rude set of humans and disrespectful set as I encountered today. It’s better you drive far than coming over here.

If you could tell by a voice on the phone that we are racist why did you come to the office? We have no record of you ever booking or purchasing any services with us. We test and drive over 100 people (from different cuture groups) a month. If we were racist, far more reviews would reflect this. You are predjudiced, a bigot and a racist if you can determine all of what you posted from a phone call and visit to our office that I have no record of. We provide scholarships to those in need and all recipients have been from different cutural groups than our own. The owners have Native American, Scottish, and Irish DNA. We come from a world of cultural influence and love to help all people.

Negative experience: This guy is very rude, he canceled my daughter's classes so many times, then yesterday he texted my wife at work multiple occasions then called her, demanding payment of $200 right away, and because she didn't get the attention he wanted right away, this morning he canceled my daughter's classes for not payment, what about he not giving classes? We didn't have problem to pay those 2 pennies, but changing my daughter's schedule each time they canceled was concerning us. Another thing we noticed is that they might be racist, my wife is Latin, and since first time she went there they were rude with her, but we learned that they are very nice with Caucasians, since I am a white American, I guess I should have been the one talking with this people from the beginning.

I pick up and drop off students at home so it is very inconvenient when they cancel when I am in the driveway with no notice. Your wife cancelled so many times last second that it cost me time and money not to mention the schedules of others that were affected by the last minute cancellations. I also provided all of the lessons required before ever getting any payment. You and your wife capitalized on my failure to collect as we went as had been agreed upon. When I wanted the payment prior to testing, your wife cursed me, called me names, and even made fun of the fact that I needed to be paid. Talk about a racist, your wife is a prime example because I have never in my life endured the kinds of racist remarks that she made in her attempts to humiliate me.
