Fantastic experience: Great place to take a driving test!!

Fantastic experience: Taking courses as an adult can be daunting especially if your a parent that works full time. That being said making the appointment was easy to make to take my skills test and they were very helpful and informative. I was so nervous and the instructor I had Diana was super sweet and put me at ease before starting the test. Would recommend this place to anyone looking forward to further their road experience.

Negative experience: Doesn't communicate and return messages after telling you she would contact you again she never did.

Fantastic experience: Our time here for drivers ed was such a great experience. Diana the instructor was always so helpful and very easy to work with. She was also always available whenever there was questions or concerns.

Negative experience: The person who owns this business refused to answer the phone due to my caller ID not being available. After 10 attempts and an email, she stated that because the Caller ID wasn’t showing my private number, she was sending me to voicemail. Her voicemail doesn’t say anything other than the preset voicemail greeting set by her mobile phone carrier. She is rude and argumentative over a caller ID. I will not trust her with my family ‘s needs. I prefer to work with small businesses, but this one doesn’t seem worth my time or money. Just a thought… You would think she would be grateful for new opportunities.

Negative experience: The school uses a white Scion xB to give driving tests. The cars brakes are in disrepair. It is not fit to be on the road. DO NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE IT IS UNSAFE BECAUSE THE BRAKES ARE METAL TO METAL! I requested a copy of the brake inspection and she called the police said I was harassing her. When you push down on the brake hard enough to slow the car it jerks the passenger and stops suddenly. The examiner did not prepare the student. She asked if watched the video about the test and I had not. She didn't give the opportunity to watch them beforehand. She was a distraction during the test by requesting a lane change after merging into downtown where the speed limit changes and there were semi trucks blocking speed limit signs and heavy traffic. There was no time to scan everything because of heavy traffic and pedestrians. The speed limit is 25 unless otherwise posted. The area is an exception because the road design and multi use commonly many pedestrians.

Fantastic experience: I had Diana and Katherine as instructors for the theory portion of driver's ed and they were wonderful. For behind the wheel, I had most of my lessons with Diana and she is extremely knowledgeable and professional. My experience with Elite has been nothing but positive.

Negative experience: I've been trying to schedule a time to take my driving test for 4 days. First day I called and left a message. Instantly I got a text asking to communicate that way because they could not talk at the moment. So I did and left my information and what I needed help with... No response for 2 days. I text again with my request. I finally get a response after a couple hours saying they couldn't get me in until later that month. I responded that was okay and I was ready to discuss a day and time, It's been a day and still no response back. I don't understand the lack of communication. I get being busy at times, but this is extreme. There's nothing professional about it, I'll be looking to test somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: They are the best place to learn on how to drive!!!! I just finished my DOL Test today and past!!, I have to say this was an awesome experience to learn. i enjoyed it very well. All i got to say for this is that if you want to learn to drive go to them, they are awesome and kind and very patient. When i first started i was nervous and scared, but after being with them and talking with them after couple drives i felt more comfortable cause of how patient they were. Thank You Guys For The Awesome Experience!!

Fantastic experience: My experience with this driving educator/Instructor has been nothing less then impeccable. The owner is very professional and patient, making the experience for me one that was comfortable. When I first got there I was nervous to get behind the wheel. After taking her classes and being able to ask questions until I understood everything, I was able to take my test with confidence. Not only did she teach me how to drive but she also helped build my confidence behind the wheel. When a place of business can give you knowledge, hospitality, and courage in what your doing I believe it speaks volumes. I also feel that the pricing and hours of operation are fair and reasonable.

Fantastic experience: They are very professional and to the point, as well as respectful. They prioritize defensive driving to ensure that those that are trained are safe drivers. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend Elite School of Driving.

Fantastic experience: Diana is a fantastic teacher (she can teach me how to drive) her methods are memorable and understandable, ridiculously low price for her abilities. I recommend her to everyone I know who wants to learn how to drive!!! Go check her out!

Positive experience: Its cheap and great but appointment hours are kinda strict but the people there are nice.
