Negative experience: This place was a big waste of money for me. Did this like 5 years ago and I still don’t have my license, you need to have already driven or you’re going to have no idea what they’re talking about and then they’ll take you for only a few lessons. And unless you have someone who cares about you who has a car and a license to keep practicing with you’ll soon forget how to drive.

Fantastic experience: I've been driving for a long time but no one ever taught me how to parallel park or how to back into parking spaces, something I had always felt self-conscious about. Last week I took a single 2 hour lesson with Tyler, an excellent and friendly instructor, where I was expertly taught how to do both of these things and walked away from the experience more confident in myself. I would recommend Bick's driving school and Tyler as an instructor to anyone.

Negative experience: Stop advertising adult lessons if you don’t provide them at this location, it’s not very good practice to be knowingly false advertising and then quickly (and rudely) brushing people off to go to a different location on the way other side of town, take it off the website and other online ads and stop the confusion or start providing the service you’re advertising.

Fantastic experience: No matter the effort I put in, I could never learn to drive. I spent years trying and failing, trying and failing. Every single driving test I ever attempted I failed almost instantly. Over the years it got to the point where just about every driving instructor in the tri-state area had given up on me. That all changed when I walked into Bick's driving school and met Tyler Mays. This man went the extra mile, he put in the extra hours to explain every last detail of the driving experience to me and was the only instructor to ever take the time to give me the extra attention I needed to succeed. Tyler Mays, with the help of all the Bick's staff at this location, saved my life. Not only is he the greatest driving instructor to ever teach, this man is a true American hero.

Fantastic experience: Tyler was my instructor and was good at helping me , he was honest on what i needed to work on and helped me get better at Maneuverability, on my last day i was great at it , good conversations and a chill guy , nice instructor too never was rude or disrespectful. Good guy

Fantastic experience: Passed the test on my first try. Came in not knowing how to do cones left knowing how.Best in car, people were really nice would sit and talk with you while you drive.Best part they won’t scream at you for making mistakes.

Fantastic experience: I passed my first time when I went to go take the test, unlike my friend who was at AAA driving school and kept failing because they didn't teach her maneuverability. So I'm very glad I chose bicks.
