Fantastic experience: I am very happy we chose Driver Ed Academy for my daughter. Thanks to everything she learned, she is able to drive with confidence. She passed her driving test with ease. Julie and the rest of the staff were great! 10/10, Would recommend!

Negative experience: I failed my driver's test on the first try and had to take an abbreviated course. All the other schools offering this service for adult drivers were either closed or completely booked, so that's where Driver's Ed Academy came in. Sadly, the instructor was beyond unprofessional. He was loud, abrasive, disruptive, and overall a horrible individual to learn from, let alone drive with. The two lessons of two hours each day totaling four hours all together felt like weeks. The days consisted of this person screaming at me, constantly telling me to start, slow down, stop when I'm already coming to a slow, go when I've barely had any time to check my surroundings ( He would often check for me which I feel defeats the point of DRIVER'S EDUCATION) and hurry me across every single road, intersection, and crossway. There was also a time when a small pickup truck was quickly pulling out of a driveway in a residential area and almost collided with us. I spotted this and corrected my path so that we would be out of the way of being hit. ( Keep in mind it was pulling out fast and there was not time to simply stop unfortunately) I did this and immediately, he snatches the wheel from me and starts loudly shouting at the top of his lungs about us slightly touching the grass. He even admitted that we would have collided had it not be for me noticing, but he still felt the need to almost actually make us crash by forcefully grabbing the wheel from me. In summary, I am unsure if this older guy that I believe goes by the name of David handles all driving related matters at this school or not, because from what I have seen from other reviews, there does seem to be other teachers here of value. But as far as abbreviated training goes, I highly, HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere. Yes, getting your license is exciting and a huge milestone, but it doesn't have to suck. If you're in the area, please bide your time and wait it out. I personally received all my actual driver training from the AAAA International Driving School and the guy who taught me there was the complete inverse of everything David was. I'd recommend them any day over Driver's Ed Academy.

Fantastic experience: I received training at the Driver Ed Academy and passed the driver test successfully. I was trained by an instructor named David. I think he taught us how to drive properly as prescribed by law. The fact that he is little quiet and focus on driver's safety may be a disadvantage for social people, but for shame Asians, it is an advantage. Conselor Julie is very friendly. Since I'm not good at English, I wanted to transfer various information in writing, but she readily accepted my request without telling me various things about the rules. Due to personal reasons, I needed Julie's help even after paying all the bills, and even then, she responded very kindly. Driver Ed academy is a very responsible company.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Driver Ed Academy. Julie is the best. She is a very caring person and is passionate about teaching teens to drive. She went over and above and am very happy to have her teaching my teenager to drive...A big thumbs up from me!

Fantastic experience: So amazing come here if you want to learn how to drive Julie is the best instructor she explains stuff so well and the behind the wheel with her really helped me learn to drive!! I’m proud to say I have license due to Julie’s help !! Pay attention in class it’s important stuff!! I just didn’t like driving with that mr.Greg for my last session he is not the nicest thing and very sarcastic

Negative experience: I would not recommend going here, especially if you are a person of color, so African American or foreign. I felt repeatedly that I was treated with disrespect and often embarassed in front of the class. The overall class was very easy, and helpful in the end, but I will say that it was not worth the experience and price and should have taken a driver's ed course elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Overall I would have to say great service Driving Coach Greg can be a bit strict at times but it's only to get the point across as he wants you to learn how to safely drive. Got me better at driving in the long run & for that I would have to say it's worth the bill.

Fantastic experience: Professionally run and well managed company.

Negative experience: Overall the experience wasn't bad. The classroom lessons were somewhat helpful but the driving instructor Mr.greg needs to hugely improve on his attitude and sarcasm and patience with new drivers, but can give helpful tips every now and then. So all an all I'd say go here just for lesson but if you can handle a rude attitude and sarcasm then go for driving lessons as well.

Fantastic experience: Great service, and a better alternative than Bick's, who just cheat you out of your money.

Negative experience: I hated it here. The instructor was racist and repeatedly insisted I wasn't a "real American". On top of that, rude and impatient. Overall shady place and the learning equipment like the cars and books were all damaged.

Negative experience: Very Nice Instructor, but office staff seems to be one person only Julie and forget about calling on Fridays, ur call will be answered when she will answer, only when she want to, and can put u on hold and forget about it, yea it happens once every three time, but she is very nice and helpful if she is feeling it. Instructor is very nice and punctual and he is always on time and nice and very good. They have a late model red corolla. Only recommendation is they need to hire a full time employee for CUSTOMER SERVICE I mean this is 2018.

Fantastic experience: Greg was great! Kept things calm, gave really useful instructions. Went beyond merely covering what would be on the test, adding in more difficult maneuverability practices and freeway driving. Thanks to his help I passed the test with flying colors. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: The Driver Ed Academy had been recommend to us by a couple of friends so we chose to send our two sons through their program. Our boys each had a very pleasant experience. They both had Dave as their instructor and said that he was very patience, friendly and a great teacher. From a parent's perspective, below are the things that made this such a great experience: - A lot of classroom instruction times to choose from - Very short lag time between when classroom instruction ended and behind the wheel sessions were scheduled - Various behind the wheel times to choose from - Flexibility on pick up location. My son had an event at school he needed to attend and Dave was able to pick him up at school two times, which was very convenient for us I highly recommend the Driver Ed Academy.

Negative experience: Very bad experience I had with Julie today I paid $600 for 8 hour lesson this was a year ago due to complications with my pregnancy I couldn't drive and I informed the management about the same they are just fine with that but now today when I called her back she just saying she don't have records and she demands me to pay again for the driving classes when I asked her to give me some Discount she just gives me $10 off, I am really very depressed I am not well and I have informed her earlier about my case but now I don't get anything I just lost my $600 I feel very bad,is that fair enough, while talking she just behaved as if she can't hear me and she hunged up on me.i am not gonna recommend driver ed to any one

Negative experience: Can't seem to get anyone to answer our calls when trying to start in-cars. It says specifically to call the number listed on the website to schedule the in-cars, but for the past two weeks we can't catch anyone capable of picking up the phone. (We've been calling during the open hours listed on the website and we've yet to receive a returned call from all of the messages we left)
