Fantastic experience: Great teacher, down to earth and easy to understand

Fantastic experience: Amazing school! Johaness was great and I passed the road test on the first try!

Negative experience: Scammer never gave my money to the dmv, after insisting I pay them the road test fees through him! I ended up wasting $100's of dollars for him to be on the phone the whole time have his attention elsewhere, too. Thankfully, I had the receipt for the payment I sent to him that proved I sent him the money., but it took a long time to settle the matter. I hope they investigate him.

Fantastic experience: I earned my license today after my first road test attempt thanks to perfection driving school. The driving instructor is very patient and he’s able to adjust to multiple learning curves. I would recommend him for anyone who wants to earn their license.

Fantastic experience: yohaness is a good human. He will be busy but he never missed his commitments. He gave a word and make it happen. Today I got my licence.

Negative experience: If you are a first time driver, I don't recommend going here. I wasted hundreds of dollars. The guidance for driving was minimal. Yohaness is a great conversationalist, and I liked him as a person. But he can be very distracted and multitasking. He was constantly on his phone talking about other jobs and such, and failed to teach me some very basic things. I failed my driving test with him, went somewhere else afterwards and passed. The instructure at the other driving school was very helpful and didn't answer his phone. It might be good for people who just need to get their license back, but Def not first timers.

Negative experience: I'll start by saying that I passed the test the first time, but so did every other person that showed up to the RMV, and many important mistakes were made. I was sure I didn't pass because it was clear that I was clueless. I wasn't taught how to do many things that should have been on the test but weren't (turning left in intersections, for example) and I'm having to learn by myself online after paying $600 for a teacher. I understand that a lot of learning comes from experience, but there are fundamental things that I didn't learn. Scheduling was very frustrating, it was hard to reach my instructor almost every time I tried. I was supposed to have six lessons, but only got 5 before the test. It seems like the other driving schools in Newton aren't much/any better, so I'm not saying that you shouldn’t go here. If you feel that you need a lot of instruction, make that very clear and ask the instructor to stay off his phone as much as possible(you're paying for a teacher after all, not a passenger). I don't write reviews, but I truly feel that I just bought a drivers license without learning how to drive. I should mention that this was over a year ago.

Negative experience: I had an awful experience in this driving school. My instructor was Yohanne. He was nice on our first driving class. But he kept ghosting me once he took my money. He promised a test in two weeks but I couldn't have my test until a month later. In short, he looked credible but he is actually not.

Fantastic experience: yohanis is a very professional, responsible and reliable instructor. He was really good at pointing out mistakes and answering questions, and helped me to prepare well to pass the test. Also the staff at the front desk are really nice, they helped me with scheduling my lessons and road test. Thank you all so much! I highly recommend Perfection Driving School.

Positive experience: Perfection Driving School is a great school and a wonderful instructor. The last person leaving a fake comment must be from a competitor school. Your own skills and ability to pass the Road Test gets you through no one ever guarantees to you a Passed Road Test. If your not willing to even take one lesson w/ Perfection Driving School and then blame the school, says it all. I recommend Yohannes to anyone that is nervous and needs the extra lessons. I completely disagree with the last fake/Hater comment made.

Negative experience: I’m Rahman. I had a bad experience with this school one month ago I can’t remember right now maybe the 12 or 15th November I called this school and I wanted to take road test exam two weeks later with this company and they said you would take a road test exam 27th of November and they rescheduled every time and ended up being 10th of December and in the end I joined on 17th of December. By the way when I wanted to pay road test sponsorship fee they said to meet at 9 pm and when I was at 9 pm I waited for like 2 hours and also just I took driving lesson once when I was at driving lesson and when I was driving, whole time he was talking to someone on the phone. At the end I want to say I failed exam I accept that cause I need to more practice and when I failed I came home and I called this company just I said I wanted to share my experience on google reviews and they said if you do that they would call someone and suspend my driver license first of all I don’t have a license right now cause I didn’t pass road test exam and you are not RMV or DMV you are just a driving school Thank you for attention Rahman

Fantastic experience: We had a horrible experience with a different driving school so i transferred my son to perfection driving school. My son passed his road test in his first try! They care about their students and teach not only how to pass the road test but how to be safe drivers. I highly recommend this driving school!

Negative experience: Very strange that I see positive reviews on here. Yohanesse was horrible for me. Please take your money else where. For my first lesson he showed up an hour late stating he thought I was in Dorchester. Which is a lie because when I texted him my address I wrote the city, state and zip code. And I let that pass because I thought maybe it was an honest mistake. During the lesson he answered his phone multiple times and had full conversations and also made me drive to his home during my lesson and wait outside while he went inside. After all of this I should have never rebooked with him. But I did and the second time he stood me up and never came and got me. I confirmed with him a week in advanced and also texted him the day before to confirm. I called him and at first he said he confirmed with me by accident then he changed the story and said something came up last minute and he found out last night. The respectful thing to do with someone’s time is let them know the moment you can. My appt was not until 1pm so he had all morning to let me know he wasn’t going to make it. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME! And go somewhere else he was horrible and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! If I can give 0 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful teaching, great for learning skills needed to pass test. Easygoing and level headed, teaching students how to drive with real life distractions in a safe environment. Passed test first time thanks to all the extra skills taught.
