Fantastic experience: Un super auto-école !...

Fantastic experience: Tuttle’s driving school is awesome! We did 5 private lessons to go over the important details like parallel parking, turning corners correctly, etc… their patience (2 different instructors ) and insight helped our son properly prepare for his road test!!! And yes, he passed !

Fantastic experience: At 57 and never having had a license before, I needed to learn how to drive. I was a very unconfident driver when I started, but Mike Tuttle's instructor, Joe, was wonderful. He's such a calm and steady presence, and so patient. It took me several months to get to the point of being able to pass my road test, but he got me there! I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Great service- helped my son learn the test course which gave him lots of confidence!

Negative experience: Whoever the instructor in the grey ford is needs to learn how to drive! She almost got me and my son hurt. Unacceptable. Don’t go to this place

Fantastic experience: I came to the US with international driving experience but kept in mind that driving in the US is completely different from back home and can be challenging. I was looking for a driving school with patient instructors to teach me about driving in the US and also to polish up my driving schools. I am glad I chose Tuttle driving school. Mike, Joe and the rest of the team did a great job with me and I got my driver’s license on first attempt. This is your go to driving school. Its simply the best!

Fantastic experience: I am a 24 year old male who requested the services of Tuttle's driving school to learn how to drive. I had no prior experience before my lessons with this company. Thanks to the strong leadership and wisdom of their man Joe, I got my license after only a few great lessons. As a parent, the safety of your child when their on the road is a great concern. Tuttle's driving will prepare them with the essential knowledge and experience to assure their safety and the safety those they share the road with. I highly recommend this school!

Fantastic experience: I had a couple of private lessons with Mike and he made me feel confident and safe despite my anxiety! He made sure I was ready for the test and I passed!

Negative experience: They don't show up for orientation and do not call you back when you try to find out what's going on worst driving school ever. Do your job

Negative experience: Mike Tuttle is so unprofessional, he doesn’t reply or answer to his texts in a timely manner but instead will double text at 4am if I text the morning before. Email, texts, phone calls he won’t respond to any of those until he feels like it. Days will go by before any answer will be given out. Mind you I called about a kid to do the Test Prep/ Road Test Car for 110 to go weeks before it was scheduled. Gave the address, numbers and names many of times in advance to insure accuracy and that someone would be on time. Of course the Road Test at the dmv arrives we call and text a hour before the prep! No response and that’s several texts and calls after a hour passed and the test was rescheduled because the kid was too late to go the scheduled time and was heartbroken. I get a brass text several hours later saying “My bad I made one mistake I have 80 plus students to schedule” It’s your bad that you own a horrific business and can’t keep up with your time and students take the time out to call and go over final details or at least pick up! So everything can be arranged appropriately. I feel bad for anyone Mike has had to work with he’s rude, he doesn’t care and even his own staffing dislikes that he is unkept and make minor to huge mistakes because Mike can’t keep up with it all. I wish I could give Mike Tuttle no stars as he did nothing to advance my kid not even a actual apology; now we wait again using another driving school!

Fantastic experience: I took my two sons to a different not-so-great driving school. When it came time to get their licenses I wanted to ensure that they received the best education and support. Tuttle's Driving School is the best! I was blown away by their professionalism, respect and support for both of my boys. The next day they BOTH passed their tests. Fantastic experience: Mike @ Tuttle’s Driving School helped my first daughter through some challenges of driving. As the day approached for her test he took her through the steps to ease her mind and she went on to pass for her license. Now we are back for my second daughter to go through the process. He definitely makes the kids feel at ease and is calm when explaining the ins and outs of driving. I highly recommend Tuttle’s Driving School.

Positive experience: I definitely recommend Tuttles driving school for anyone who has always never driven before or someone who has not driven in a long time this driving school provides good classes and helps you to be safe on the road. This school has amazing instructors who has had many years of driving and is very patient and kind. 2 instructors that I’ve had during the time of getting my permit have been very respectful and understanding and I know that all the instructors are amazing there but my 2 favorite and definitely recommend is Dale and Tim. Hands down most amazing instructors I have ever met thank you guys !

Fantastic experience: Mike and all his staff members were very helpful. Mike was able to provide high quality services, flexible schedule, perfect communications and he made it so easy to me. I work full time and study full time and I got my driving license in one month !!! The school has 9 cars available, prices are perfectly reasonable, and services are great. Mike has very long experience in doing this, and he is customers oriented person. I didn't know the school before and I am new in Maine; I got the school’s info on google called and he said Yes we can start tomorrow!!! That was amazing, thank you to Mike and his staff I am a confident driver now !!! highly recommended

Fantastic experience: So happy that I took classes with Tuttle’s Driving School! I moved to Maine 7 years ago from Europe and somehow never had enough time to finish my license. On my first class I almost had a panic attack! It was a while ago for me and was not sure that I can do it again. Well I did it! Mike and other guys were there for me to support, show me, encourage me. I am so lucky that Tuttle School was the one who showed how to be responsible and safe driver! Fantastic experience: I hadn't driven a car in over 15 years and contacted Tuttles for some private lessons just to "knock the rust off" and get me ready for a road test. Let's just say I had a lot more than rust to knock off and some bad habits to boot. Leading up to the big day, Kenny was a good sport (and patient) and on the day of my test, Joe put the finishing touches on and gave me a little pep talk. And I needed it. Once the examiner got in the vehicle, however, everything turned out to be a piece of cake and I passed with flying colors. I'm glad I called them, and probably would have failed if I hadn't. Negative experience: I've see a road instructor driving very unsafely twice in Scarborough. Cutting cars off and speeding in a silver sedan marked with the schools name and information. Not someone I would want teaching anyone to drive.

Fantastic experience: I have lots of driving anxiety and was nervous to take a lesson after I have had bad experiences with other driving schools. Joe is a very skilled and understanding teacher and I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had two prior driving instructors that did not help me nearly as much as Mike has. He knows exactly what to help students with to not only pass your license exam but to be a safe and responsible driver. I’m very glad I met him and he guided me to reach a new stepping stone in my life. I would highly recommend his services.

Fantastic experience: Best driving school in Portland hands down! I tried other driving schools like Lance and AAA but they were too expensive and unclear when giving direction. Tuttles was kind, experienced, professional, reasonably priced, and flexible. I only took 2 classes with him but wish I knew about him when I first moved here. If it wasn't for him I don't think I would've felt as confident as i did on the day of my test and passed! I would recommend him to everyone I know, teens learning to drive and adults as well
