U-Drive Driving School in West Covina is committed to training safe and responsible drivers, providing a range of driver education programs that meet California DMV requirements.

We offer Online Driver Education, where students can complete the course at their own pace, from anywhere. This course consists of ten educational units, each followed by a quiz, culminating in a final exam that must be passed with at least 80% to receive the Certificate of Completion for Driver Education.

For minors, we provide Minor’s Driver Training that encompasses six hours of practical lessons. Our certified instructors ensure that students master essential skills such as steering, parking, and driving in real traffic. Upon completion, students receive a certificate that is required for the DMV driving test.

Additionally, we provide training for adults with flexible packages tailored to each student’s skill level, including a two-hour refresher course for those who have some experience but need a review before their driving test.

At U-Drive, we also offer a service for renting a car that meets DMV standards for those who need a vehicle on the day of their driving test. Our goal is to ensure that each student is fully prepared and confident to obtain their license.

Negative experience: I have been coming here for the last 10 years and now that I came back again the lady at the front desk has horrible customer service. Can’t connect with her manager Cinthia. She basically avoids contacting her manager. Not recommended

Negative experience: When I bought a 3 lesson package here, each for 2 hours, and the instructer came an hour and 30 minutes late during the second lesson. This would've been fine but he then told me he can't extend our time and that I would need to schedule with him on a Saturday specifically at 8am because that is the only time he has available outside of official hours. This was unprofessional and very inconvenient because I never had any available time as I work every weekend. So I decided to just leave it alone and took my remaining driving lesson. Today, after booking a driver/car for my DMV driving test(I did not learn how to drive through them as the lesson issue turned me off), when I walked in they told me that they didn't have any instructors in today and had cancelled the appointment. They said they called me yesterday. I didn't notice the call as I was working until 8pm last night. This was booked weeks in advance so they should have known they wouldn't have any instructors available. Calling one afternoon ahead to cancel is in my opinion way too late. I would not work with them again, and don't recommend anyone else do so unless you don't mind an unprofessional atmosphere.

Negative experience: Representatives very rude and unprofessional. Same day cancelled driving lessons due to short staff/instructors. Not professsional at all to work with their customer.
